I would definantely recommend this doctor! She is very experienced. Knows all the little tricks to make things easier, and has great bedside manner. When you go in to see the doctor the wait is a little long but it is really worth it. She takes her time with every patient to make sure that they understand and have gotten all of their concerns taken care of. Definantely isn't a doctor that rushes you in and out as if you were another number.

Found Dr Coulter Smith around 2002 after visiting the same doctor for about 15 years. She even delivered our first child at Baylor Medical. She is very calm and full of knowledge. The staff at the office is great too. Sometimes you must wait a little but that happens when people deliver babies. I accept it and would rather have my doctor at my side during an emergency than at a pap. I had a lump in my breast and she jumped right on it to help me get it figured out. No waiting. I would highly recommend Dr Coulter Smith and her staff for your female needs.

I have been in that office several times and have switched pediatricians many times. I think I have now found the person i would like to stick with. My kids seemed to like her and i also thought she was very knowledgeable and courteous. I loved that she joked around and had a good conversation while i was in the office with her. I would most definitely recommend her to my friends that have children.

Okay so, I went to this doctors office, the doctor was really nice and everything to me. She didn't really talk to me about anything, and then I went back a month later she didn't tell me the results of my test I had to ask her and she said everything was okay but, what if it wasn't I would have had to wait that long to find out. On top of that before you leave you visit this nurse window so, you can get your prescription and pay your co-payment(if you have insurance), which I do and I payed my $15 co-payment and the nurse tells me I owe $150 and if I don't pay it they are going to take "legal action". I was furious, I went home and called my insurance company and they said that the office had entered in the wrong code that they were trying to claim, so, I got that all figured out and they told me to call and tell the nurses to re-submit the bill. I called there they were very rude told me that they couldn't resubmit the bill and now I have creditors after me because, they won't re-submit the bill and I'm not paying it because my insurance company says that they cover it.

I arrived for my appointment ten minutes before the scheduled time, and ended up waiting an additional 40 minutes past my appointment time. When I approached the reception area to find out what was happening, the receptionist had no idea, and couldn't give me any reasons or ideas why or when I would be seen. Once I was called back, the nurse was indifferent to me, and never cracked a smile. The doctor, however, was very nice. He was training a resident, and he was extremely patient and thorough. He answered all my questions, got to know me, and spoke to me in terms I could understand. I am glad, however, that it was a specialty OB visit, and I will not have to return to that office anytime soon. If I were basing this just on the doctor, I would recommend a friend. However, the rest of the staff was greatly lacking, so I am not sure I would pass a referral on.
