  Waited 2 hours......never saw her. If you value your time, go elsewhere...., Mar 15, 2012

I'm sure she is a fine doctor...if you ever get the chance to see her. Had an appt at 4 pm; the nurse called me that morning and said Dr. Pang wanted to know if I could come in earlier, at 3 pm. I got there at 3 pm with my 5 month old son....3:30...4:00..4:30...4:45...even at that point I figured she must be really behind. Finally at 4:55 pm I told them I was leaving. The clinic closes at 5 pm. The nurse asked if I could just wait 5 more minutes. No, I couldn't. I was already there for 2 hours. No excuses - even if there was some emergency or she forgot me or SOMETHING...someone should have told me. I would have understood. Worst experience I've ever had. She had the audacity to call my husband and ask why we left....WE WAITED FOR TWO HOURS. That's why. Unacceptable. There are tons of better pediatricians in Seattle - go elsewhere.

Helped me through my long recovery after my injury and recovery from surgery. Office staff and doctor were very helpful along the way. Would recommend without reservations. Dont want to break anything again, but know who to see if I do.

Unhelpful, sarcastic, self-assured. Easy to get appointment in, but then.... I am disappointed and would advise that he takes some fellowships or conituing education courses and then rejoin his colleges in oractice.

This is a doctor with absolutely no follow through. She will write you prescriptions for anything and everything, but doesn't bother telling you about any potential side effects. Upon return visits, she doesn't even remember you or what meds. she's put you on. She's not very friendly and her staff is unwelcoming and rude!

I was very unhappy with my visit to Dr. Lin. I had a painful ear problem that had been going on for a month, and all she did was look in my ear and say she didn't find anything. No inquires about how long I've had the problem and attempt to investigate the issue. She eventually did a very small procedures that she said might help or might not, and then charged the procedure as ambulatory surgery so that I would have to pay for half the cost instead just an office visit which is covered. Despite the fact that I left in pain, she never followed-up and never even attempted to help figure out what is wrong with me. I'm still in pain.
