They treat people badly and make you wait for hours..., Jan 1, 2012 Dr.Alberto Aran makes his money from medicare recipients who are old and usually suffering from many illnesses and problems, including finding it difficult to get to the doctor on their own. He makes then makes us all wait for many hours before seeing us and this is very hard for me because I have leg pains. He does many,many eye surgeries and claims to be good at them, but who knows. HOw could someone who runs his office so terribly and treats his own patients so badly be a good doctor His staff just follows his orders and they offer no help in scheduling wisely or dealing with problems. Do not choose this doctor if you can find another one who does not punish you with long waits and short visits.

Careless doctor that does not take responsibility for her mistakes..., Apr 14, 2012 This doctor performed a cosmetic procedure to my face that left me damaged and needing correction from another doctor. I feel she was careless during the procedure which left me with a bad result. Instead of taking responsibility she tried to convince me I had a serious physical illness. Be careful. |

Very unprofessional and disrespectful office staff ..., Apr 11, 2012 I have an appointment last April 5 at 6pm. I came and waited... the office was closed. I was outside with other patients waiting for them to open the door. 6:20 i called the office and the lady who answered the phone put me on hold for about 5 minutes and just to tell me that the office is closed and they give everyone a call to let us know that the office is closed. I was home the whole day the day before and the day itself but didnt get any calls from them. I called the following day to make a complain and the lady who answered the phone is soooo MEAN! She told me that my name is not on the calendar and told me "You're not even in the calendar so why are you upset it is not our fault if you come over and the office is closed!" What kind of attitude is that? She is representing Dr. Kulessa in a very disrespectful and unprofessional way. I would NOT go back to that doctor again! |

Great attention! She is very kind and her staff too..., Apr 7, 2012 I was refered by a friend. I got lost and i was late, i called them and they told me how to get there very nicely. I didnt wait that much in the waiting room. Her staff is very helpfull and professional. When she entered the room she quickly ask me what i had and review it. She called another doctor to have a second agree for what she thought i had. I got dizzy she quickly lay me over and gave me a candy. I dont know what i have in my neck, they need to have the test answers. She is great! i recomend her to all of you!! :) |

Dr. Aldea Bamboozled Me, Don't Go to his practice!..., Jan 28, 2012 DO THESE THINGS BEFORE YOU COMMIT TO SURGERY WITH DR. ALDEA: 1) Ask for the refund policy before you pay ANYTHING. You might not be provided the refund policy after you've paid the deposit. There are many outs for him not to return money if the surgery doesn't happen. 2) Don't be fooled by the good reviews out there. Some sites allow surgeons to only display the good reviews and not the negative ones. 3) Research to see if there are any lawsuits filed against him first. My experience with Dr. Aldea was NOT pleasant. He showed up 1 hr late for my surgery. Many of the nursing staff at St. Francis commented that he's frequently late and his surgeries always run over (which means you'll pay much more in the end!) On the OR table we both learned I had an irregular heartbeat. Dr. Aldea canceled the surgery but agreed to do it later if cardiac clearance was obtained. I got clearance which said that my condition was benign and to proceed with surgery as planned, but he never was satisfied, he found every excuse in the book not to do it. He dodged my calls for months! I wanted to get specifics from him on what he needed from the cardiologist. He kept having his patient coordinators say the same vague thing, "Dr. Aldea needs to know the surgery is safe for you." No cardiologist in their right mind will write "safe" in a letter. They will only say low-high risk. BTW 2 cardiologists wrote that I was low risk for the surgery and at no higher risk than a person who didn't have an irregular heartbeat. After many unreturned calls from Dr. Aldea, I got upset and asked for the truth and a refund if he didn't want to operate. He responded and said that I was ungrateful and here's your refund minus $750 deposit and he said that I didn't want the surgery. I responded that I did want the surgery but was tired of the run around and asked that he personally return a call so that we could clear up misunderstandings. wish I could give 0 stars for all! Dr paul kirila was horrible and i wouldnt go back if i were paid!..., Jan 17, 2012 Today 1/17/12 was my first appt with this office and I must say my last! Every patient looked like they were there only for drugs and honestly looked like they were major meth heads! my appt was at 930 and aftrt sitting in the exam room until 1215 with no Dr in sight I left! I wouldn't recommend this Dr or the office to anyone unless your a dope head that needs a fix! awful experience! |
