Poor customer service. No compassion. Not helpful. Rude. No resolutions offered. ..., May 14, 2013 Regarding our appointment this morning of May 14, 2013. Upon arriving my 94 year old mother was anxious to to avail herself to the services of Dr. Kligman for chronic neck pain. I had been referred to Dr. Kligman by my personal physician. Upon presenting my mothers insurance card we were informed that it would not be excepted as Dr. Kligman was not listed as the primary care physician. I was disappointed to say the least when i was informed of this, as it was never explained to me when the appointment for a new patient was made that Dr. Kligman would have to be elected as her primary care physician in order for her insurance card to be accepted and to be seen by the Dr. I told the receptionist behind the desk that Healthnet would absolutely pay as I occasionally bring my mother to other primary care physicians that are not listed on her insurance card with out issues from the insurance company (healthnet). No avenue of resolution was offered by the receptionist, and in my opinion I was treated very rudely and was also told that my attitude was not appreciated, at which time I told her I also did not appreciate her shortness with me either, to which she exclaimed that I came into the office with that attitude, which is NOT the case. I became agitated because after waiting 4 months for this appointment I felt that it was neglgent on their part that we were never informed that in order to be seen we would need to elect Dr. Kligman as our primary care physician prior to our appointment. I believe this was an oversight in their policy and not a fault of the patient. I asked her to call the insurance company to verify that there would be no problem and was rebuffed, at which time I thought it best that I call the insurance company so their office would be assured of payment. Avoid this one at all costs, ladies and gentlemen...., Apr 7, 2013 No interest in making patients feel better, or even at ease. She ignored my health history, dismissed everything that the referring doctor had said and all of the family history of arthritises and autoimmune disorders. She was absolutely rude and cold. It's only the clinic's policy of taking lots of tests and x-rays that made the visit at all worthwhile, as I ended up with information to take to a different rheumatologist! She was happy to write me off, and I'm so glad that I had the choice of other providers in the area. |

Very Dangerous please do a background check on this person before getting worse..., Mar 2, 2013 ery dangerous!! Always do some checking before seeing a doctor nowadays, me and my brother were looking for a spine doctor for our mother, we almost went to this doctor who had a very bad past with his reputation,we did some searching on the internet and found out he was part of a history called Microspinehurtme doctor, and now alot of patients from there have formed a website drtonymorkfacts.com, we learned he has lied about his past,stolen money from patients, lies about what his does ect..., we just wanted to let you know we found a better place at the LSI institute we did a consultation there and learned alot also, Dr. Mork has been claiming to invent his own tools when he was originally a doctor at the Bonati Back institute where he was fired from there also for hurting people too, there are far many more doctors better then him be very careful choosing the right doctor we were very lucky. |

Unfortunately, I can't recommend her. Lacks privacy sensitivity!..., Feb 6, 2013 I saw this doctor once. Her office is very small which would be fine, except while I was there in the waiting room, I could hear everything she was saying during her phone conversation with the insurance company or someone like that. This included the patient's i.d. number, medical problems, lab report results, etc. I couldn't believe it! Doesn't this violate HIPPA laws?? She was using a phone in the front reception area but could prevent this by having a phone in back part of office. Toward the end of our appt., I told her I was concerned about her making calls from phone in front, and I could hear everything she was discussing about a patient. Instead of taking responsibility for the situation, she blamed it on her office, other patients, and then me. She said that that unfortunately she has a small office; that sometimes the reception door gets left open when patients walk in; and that most patients aren't listening for something like that. LOL, ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!!! She may be a good doctor regarding a broken bones and such (I don't know), but she is clueless about protecting patient privacy! No thanks! |

Excellent psychiatrist-great care without over-medicating..., Jan 19, 2013 Excellent psychiatrist. Provides great care without over-medicating. I worked with a few psychiatrists before her that kept adding medications. She reduced the number of medications I take and I feel much better. |
