Not a good Primary Care Physician Staff misrepresents..., May 14, 2012

Interviewed staff prior to my selecting this doctor as my primary care physician for myself and my children. Based on their responses I chose this doctor. Big mistake! Can't even get an appointment for months! The staff stated it was easy to get appointments and made this doctor out to be accessible. FALSE. I'd be better off going to Quick Care. So, 'buyer beware.' Turns out the doctor is currently on a TWO WEEK vacation and doesn't even have a back up physician to assist in her absence. Wow...... what are they suppose to do in your absence? Neglectful practice.

Something is wrong with the way these guys treated me as a patient...., Feb 5, 2012

Very questionable in my opinion. I won't go back. They nickle and dimed me for everything. When I had insurance, I did not really pay attention but now, I see that they are out of balance with regard to patient care vs insurance company care. Whats funny is, when I lost my insurance, all of a sudden, all treatment options became available and they started billing me for every little thing including phone calls to work out prescription issues. Just very yucky...
Horrible experience! The doc's office seems to prey on unsuspecting old patients......, Jan 9, 2012

Horrible experience! The doc's office seems to prey on unsuspecting old patients who get referred to him by their primary care physicians. I am 73 years old and my visit which is covered by Medicare and Medical ended up being billed for $225!!! for a half an hour visit. Well, the eye pressure was checked. The insurance didn't pay for $134.90 out of this amount. The office failed to warn that they don't take Medical and about the deductible on Medicare. When asked, I was assured that the visit will be covered. Anyway - now they threaten to turn the whole thing to the collections. Shameless! I live on a limited income of about $600 a month and can't afford to pay that much for a visit. The attempts to negotiate the bill have always ended up with the inability of his office to get the right info about the Medical. But this is not all. During the visit the doc kept pushing his glasses and contacts and was very irritated when we politely rejected the offers. Very awkward. It feels like they are trying to survive at the cost of the most vulnerable. I would never go there again.
Dr Moorthy review who is awesome and I would recommend her to anyone..., Dec 17, 2011

She is an awesome surgeon. She takes the time to sit down with you and explain everything that is going on. She also has a wonderful power point. I am glad my primary doctor recommended her. She and her staff are very knowledgeable. I would recommend and have to anyone.
