Lipo horror, beware. Don't use him for plastic surgery...., Sep 3, 2010

Waste of money and will have to do corrective surgery. I want to keep someone else from going through what I have been through. Excruciating pain and I look worse than when I went in. Don't be fooled.
Incompetent nephrologist at the Philadelphia VA Hospital..., Aug 26, 2010

One of the worst physicians I have encountered. Would not want him as my kidney doctor again. Lacks compassion. Only wants to get patients out of the clinic as soon as possible. Not available for questions after clinic

Went for a treatment of allergy in my right hand skin. She treated me well and the hospitality of them was good. Doctor tested me thoroughly and gave some pills and ointments for applying. I got it cured as i continued to use the recommended dosage. I strongly recommend this doctor for others who are looking for a good pediatrist and someone who could treat allergy.
Doctor's office don't know how to submit insurance claims right..., Apr 25, 2010

Okay so, I went to this doctors office, the doctor was really nice and everything to me. She didn't really talk to me about anything, and then I went back a month later she didn't tell me the results of my test I had to ask her and she said everything was okay but, what if it wasn't I would have had to wait that long to find out. On top of that before you leave you visit this nurse window so, you can get your prescription and pay your co-payment(if you have insurance), which I do and I payed my $15 co-payment and the nurse tells me I owe $150 and if I don't pay it they are going to take "legal action". I was furious, I went home and called my insurance company and they said that the office had entered in the wrong code that they were trying to claim, so, I got that all figured out and they told me to call and tell the nurses to re-submit the bill. I called there they were very rude told me that they couldn't resubmit the bill and now I have creditors after me because, they won't re-submit the bill and I'm not paying it because my insurance company says that they cover it.
A Unique Clinic with Great Staff where you're served with a smile..., Mar 10, 2010

I would definitely recommend Highland Family Medicine to those in the City of Rochester. The staff are friendly, attentive, and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Each suite has enough seating and space and there are plenty of good magazines. I arrived early and I was actually called early to see the doctor. This is refreshing. I met with the medical tech and they checked my blood pressure twice and then I met with the Nurse Practitioner and she was very thorough in trying to make a diagnosis. I really appreciated the attention and time I was given. This was not your typical 15 minutes in and out type of visit. All of the staff truly wanted to know how I was feeling.
