My visits to Dr. Rodriguez-Chevres have been less than favorable thanks to the front staff! ..., Mar 12, 2010

I can not say enough about the professionalism and the knowledge of Dr.Rodriguez-Chevres. He is very well informed on new treatments and medications. The problems I have experience with Dr.Rodriguez-Chevres' office sre not directly related to him, they are however indirectly related to the women that he has hired to work at his reception desk. Not only are these ladies rude and unprofessional, they really seem to have no concern for the well beign of the office reputation, let alone the patients that come to visit. I thought it was just me at first, but after beign witness to how they were so rude and inconsiderate for the parent of an underage patient that was their for an appointment on my last visit, I must say I was appaled and annoyed! The worse thing about it is that I think that they are related to the doctor so they don't worry about job security, and run the front office with recless abondonment!

Hour and a half wait, 90 seconds of diagnosis and misery....., Feb 9, 2012

I blame myself for going to this Dr. a second time. He is very rude and has you waiting in an exam room for nearly as long as in the waiting room. The man is obnoxious and presumes to diagnose your syptoms with 2 or 3 questions and without a thorough exam. His staff is unhelpful and appear to fear the Dr. No bedside manner whatsoever. There is more warmth from an emergency room than in this office. Stay away !

Great Surgeon Great Staff Great Surgery in Fort Lauderdale..., Jan 11, 2012

I had surgery with Dr. Mayl 4 months ago. At first I was nervous, because I had never had a tummy tuck or facelift. I did the 2 procedures 1 week apart. Yes, I was a little sore, but I expected that. I was really happy after 2 weeks, and them really, really happy after 3 months.

Worst customer service from a Dr.'s office that I have ever witnessed..., Nov 17, 2011

On November 16th, 2011 I wanted to go to Dr. Salas to find out what was causing the pain in my neck and back. When I called the office to schedule an appointment, a woman named Mary Ann picked up. I asked where the address was and she rudely said that it was across the street from the hospital. I didn’t know where the hospital was, and wanted to get the address from her so I could GPS it. She wouldn’t give it to me for some reason. It didn’t bother me at first, but when I told her I would be there in 20 minutes to fill out paper work, she said whatever and hung up the phone on me. I thought it was extremely rude and that maybe I should just find a different doctor. I called back to try and talk to Dr. Salas about the issue, but Marry Ann would not get him for me or give me his email address. I told her I would not schedule an appointment with them if she was going to continue being rude and having poor customer service. Before I could even ask for Dr. Salas’ email address she hung up on me. I really wanted to talk to Dr. Salas and inform him of Mary Ann’s rude behavior, so I went into his office to speak with him. I asked to speak with a supervisor and it ended up being Mary Ann. I told her I was offended by how rude she was and that I would like to speak with Dr. Salas or to give me his email address. She said if I didn’t leave she would call the cops on me. I couldn’t believe it, all I wanted was an email address, but she thought she could call the cops on me so Dr. Salas wouldn’t find out, or receive a complaint about her. I never was rude or used foul language to instigate such a response from her. I guess she has never heard of the internet. I never had the chance to actually meet Dr. Michael Salas, so I can’t review on how he is as a doctor, but after I witnessed who he hired as a supervisor. I am inclined to think that he must not be that good if he can’t hire someone with good customer service. It all starts at the top with a business’
