That's What a Civilian Gets for Going to a Celebrity Doctor..., Feb 22, 2010 I went to Dr. Arnold Klein because I felt sorry for him -- and I needed a good dermatologist. I was wrong to feel sorry for him, and he wasn't a good dermatologist. He demanded to know what I did for a living (before he asked about my skin), and, obviously unimpressed, took calls and left the room constantly. He mumbled about how the bad publicity was ruining his business (which wasn't the case with me), and seemed like he couldn't wait for me to leave so he could see if the next person was important (unlike me). I would not recommend him. He did nothing medically for me (except try to sell me botox treatments, which I didn't want), and came close to giving me some emotional scars.

patient of dr acheatel for over 10 years who saved my life..., Nov 26, 2011 excellent md who met me in the emergency room when i was having an acute myocardial infarction. he took me to the catherterization laboratory and found an occluded left anterior descending artery that was occluded and he opened it up with a stent. saved my life |

Bad communication, lack of after care and follow up, sloppy staff. ..., Oct 24, 2011 I went to Dr Willis after a car accident, she has prescribed various meds and failed to call me with my MRI results after a week of waiting. When I called the office the girl who answered the phone just blurted out "oh yeah we have the results and we are referring you for an epidural"!! The doctor never called me to discuss the findings of my MRI and then was passing messages to the girl who answered the phone rather than being a real doctor and talking to me herself. The girl who answers the phone is usually on personal calls discussing her own health issues which is horribly unprofessional. I am disgusted with the lack of Dr patient care and will be looking to change doctors once I can find a good one. |

Doctor Ichtertz is wonderful and anyone stating otherwise is full of BS..., Aug 21, 2011 Only people that owe Dr Ichtertz money or are in dire need of money say bogus things about him in order to get money. It is called entitlement and desperation. Sad but true. Dr. Ichtertz is a wonderful and very experienced Doctor. It is a shame that they don't put people in person for false acusations and for commiting lies in order to make financial gains. |

Just wants to get in and out of the room without listening..., Aug 19, 2011 I would not recommend Dr. Woods if you are having any type of issue at all. He just wants to get in the room, do a quick pap smear and exam, and get out of the room as quickly as possible. He does not take the time to listen to issues, and just brushes you aside. |

Great pediatrician, does not talk down to adults or kids...., Aug 19, 2011 As with all things Kaiser, you need to keep trying til you find a doctor that is a good fit for your family. I liked this doctor for my daughter, and kept her til my daughter turned 18. She doesn't dumb things down, and doesn't talk down to you. |
