Poor customer service. No compassion. Not helpful. Rude. No resolutions offered. ..., May 14, 2013 Regarding our appointment this morning of May 14, 2013. Upon arriving my 94 year old mother was anxious to to avail herself to the services of Dr. Kligman for chronic neck pain. I had been referred to Dr. Kligman by my personal physician. Upon presenting my mothers insurance card we were informed that it would not be excepted as Dr. Kligman was not listed as the primary care physician. I was disappointed to say the least when i was informed of this, as it was never explained to me when the appointment for a new patient was made that Dr. Kligman would have to be elected as her primary care physician in order for her insurance card to be accepted and to be seen by the Dr. I told the receptionist behind the desk that Healthnet would absolutely pay as I occasionally bring my mother to other primary care physicians that are not listed on her insurance card with out issues from the insurance company (healthnet). No avenue of resolution was offered by the receptionist, and in my opinion I was treated very rudely and was also told that my attitude was not appreciated, at which time I told her I also did not appreciate her shortness with me either, to which she exclaimed that I came into the office with that attitude, which is NOT the case. I became agitated because after waiting 4 months for this appointment I felt that it was neglgent on their part that we were never informed that in order to be seen we would need to elect Dr. Kligman as our primary care physician prior to our appointment. I believe this was an oversight in their policy and not a fault of the patient. I asked her to call the insurance company to verify that there would be no problem and was rebuffed, at which time I thought it best that I call the insurance company so their office would be assured of payment. I made that call, there was no one else in the waiting room at the time and I was not causing a disturbance. After several minutes on hold with Healthnet I was ab |

Misrepresented what I told him in his report to insurance..., Apr 5, 2013 Very much in the insurance company's pocket. Inaccurately portrayed statements I made. His conclusions are opposite of 3 other doctors I've seen for this, but conveniently for the insurance company and his continuing pay from them, was that I had no medical problem and was lying about being in pain. Tests I've taken, including EMGs show definite nerve damage. He mentions those tests, but says they are meaningless. Avoid him if you can. |

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH DOCTOR NEELU/ABHAY AGARWAL..., Feb 17, 2013 I am relating this incident to DESCRIBE WHAT I BELIEVE IS negligence and poor knowledge of Dr. Neelu and Abhay Agarwal. The subject of this unfortunate malpractice is my grand mother.Who was then 82 yrs old,in good health and lead an active lifestyle. In 2010,she suddenly started to suffer from a watery discharge and bleeding.I immediately called my primary physician,Dr Neelu Agarwal for advice.I explained the problem, provided medical history and asked if I should take her to the ER.The doctor advised against this and recommended to bring my grand mother to her office the following day instead. She ran a urine test, pap smear and concluded it was only urine infection and prescribed antibiotics. A couple weeks later the situation persisted. Dr Abhay Agarwal saw her as well and had the same conclusion.Since there was no improvement I took her back to Dr Neelu after few days again.Advicing against a visit to the gynecologist/ specialist she concluded that the problem still persisted due to use of TOLIET PAPER and even prescribed a external cream for the same. The problem went on for over 2 months. After which the bleeding subsided by itself until the following year in 2011,when she started to suffer from the same problem again.Trusting them I took my grand mother back to the same doctors again, same tests were conducted and same conclusion which was use of TOILET PAPER! I finally decided to seek a third opinion seen this had gone on for too long. The gynecologist was very surprised by Dr Neelu and Abhay’s prognosis. This unfortunately turned out to be UTERINE CANCER!Which if was detected wisely in 2010 by them would have saved her life. Today her cancer has now spread to the lungs and is in her final stage and is suffering terribly. We continued to check with other doctors and were told that all medical students are taught very early in there medical education that any woman after menopause having any kind of discharge should be checked for MALAGNANCY.I even did I qui |

It Doesn't Get Better Than This - Great Primary Care Doc..., Feb 7, 2013 Unbelievable find. In this day and age its amazing that a doctor like this one exists - one who actually spends TIME with you. I came away feeling like he actually cared about me and not that I was just one of thousands of patients he sees. He made the visit a pleasant experience... and I'm one of those people who hates to go the doctor. With Dr. Don, I can't wait to go back. He's fun just to shoot the breeze with, and even better is the fact that you come away confident that he knows what he's doing. And the staff is great. A fantastic doc. Highly recommended. |

Extremely rude, arrogant and uncaring. I would not recommend her to anyone...., Dec 20, 2012 Dr. Kubica is not only rude and uncaring, she is very rough when doing exams. A complete physical with her lasts a couple minutes with her barely examining the patient and not knowing the patient's history at all even if you are have been a patient for years. She is cold and distant and will not listen to questions much less answer any questions. She walks out of the room while the patient is still talking and asking questions. I would not recommend her to anyone. She is completely uninterested in her patient and actually had the worst bedside manners I have every experienced. Very poor Doctor. |
