Dr Thiru is very good - she listens well and addresses all issue..., Jul 10, 2010

I've been seeing Dr Thiru for the last 3 years. She is very knowledgeable and listens carefully and addresses all the issues. I used to be on cholestrol medication; she suggested that exercise would be better than medicine to control it for me. I have been exercising regularly, especially running about 20 miles and more every week (training for a marathon). My cholestrol, tryglerides (checked last month) are now at excellent levels. She tries to resolve issues without jumping straightaway to medication - thank you Dr Thiru.
Poor Service, High Price. Bad Experience with Dr. Burchette..., May 6, 2010

After injuring my ear and partially losing my hearing due to a diving accident, I visited Dr. Burchette to see what he could tell me about my hearing loss. He simply told me I had hearing loss without explaining why or offering solutions. I was very dissapointed with my visit, and 3 months later still suffer from very light hearing loss in one ear. So, I will definitely be going to a different specialist to try to get this temporary problem solved Poor Service, High Price.
This Doctor and Staff at the Pinnacle Health Group are all very caring...., May 1, 2010

This doctors associate, Dr. Diasti was on call when my mother had a recent hospital stay. She liked him so much that she wanted to switch to his office. The first available appt for this office was with Dr. Qadri. She is a perfectly lovely woman. She is very sweet and caring. She addressed all of our questions and did a thorough exam as well as being genuinely concerned for my mothers well being. The wait was not long and the staff was very personable and helpful.
Do not go to Dr. Torres, he is obviously a scammer..., Mar 31, 2010

I went to Dr. Torres for a medical check up. I was new to the area so I choose someone close to home without really checking up on him first; bad idea. His staff was very rude to me both on teh phone and in person. I had to wait for over 45 minutes to see the doctor while I could hear him chatting on the phone in the next room to a family member. He was unapologetic and short with me and seemed to have a poor grasp on the English language. I am a healthy, young female but he insisted on performing an EKG on me! He obviously does unrequired medical tests to scam money from the insurance companies.
A Unique Clinic with Great Staff where you're served with a smile..., Mar 10, 2010

I would definitely recommend Highland Family Medicine to those in the City of Rochester. The staff are friendly, attentive, and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Each suite has enough seating and space and there are plenty of good magazines. I arrived early and I was actually called early to see the doctor. This is refreshing. I met with the medical tech and they checked my blood pressure twice and then I met with the Nurse Practitioner and she was very thorough in trying to make a diagnosis. I really appreciated the attention and time I was given. This was not your typical 15 minutes in and out type of visit. All of the staff truly wanted to know how I was feeling.
