Drove an hour, waited & waited, paid $14 parking, never seen..., Apr 17, 2013

Called for appointment, told 10:45 a.m. avail, I explained we had a 2 p.m. appointment same day over an hour away from her office. Let them decide if I should take the 10:45 a.m. appointment. They reassured me it would be fine. Waited 1 hr, 15 mins then asked how much longer. Told 3 patients in exam rooms had not been seen & no more exam rooms available (i.e. it would be quite awhile). Asked why so backed up and was told she was over booked (no emergencies causing back log). Drove 1 hour, paid $14 parking, had to leave for 2 p.m. appointment without being seen.

Waited over 45 minutes and only saw the Dr. for 3 minutes. He advised me to try using meal replacement shakes. I could have gotten the same advice from a weight watchers commercial and it wouldn't have cost me $300. I complained to Fairview and a nurse called me, she was very nice, but apparently Dr. Billington was too busy to help me. A month later I got a bill for $300 (this is after my insurance payment). Apparently Dr. Billington lives up to his name, I hope he enjoys his yacht while I lose my house.

Dr. McFadden is withou a doubt, the finest cosmetic surgeon anywhere! He performed a tummy tuck for me and changed my life in the process. I no longer have to buy clothes several sizes too large to try to hide my protuding stomach, and I no longer have to be ashamed ofshopping for clothes. I can now wear shirts and pants that I pickup off the rack! This amazing doctor gave me back my life in more ways than he could ever know.He is truly the BEST!!!

About two years ago I considered laser eye correction but wasn’t able to get it done back then. Through my research I kept coming back to Dr. Chynn’s Park Avenue LASEK. The site made it clear that the caliber of care would and attention to detail was in every aspect of the staff. I called and made my FREE consultation and was not disappointed. In fact I was never more excited at this cutting edge technique of NO CUT, NO FLAP making it SAFER than the older technique that is still widely used elsewhere. Even more excited is how affordable it is at Park Avenue Lasek. The staff is also great. It helps that most have had the procedure done themselves so when they talk it’s with firsthand experience. Dr. Almeida answered every question I had and proved very patient and knowledgeable. And Dr. Chynn oversees ever aspect and is right there to personally meet with and answer any additional questions that each client has. If you’re interested in vision correction than Park Avenue Lasek is THE place.
