They only care about your money, they over charge you ..., Feb 7, 2012

I went to visit the office to have my annual eye check. When I was in the office, everyone keep asking me if I have any friends or family need eye check. And I found out later that they charge me $50 just for putting a pair of contact lens into my eye. When I called, they said that this is just their practice, you don't have to come back.
Provided extremely poor treatment for my father's cancer..., Jan 25, 2012

Dr. D. treated my dad's throat cancer (a term he never used with any of us). Dad responded very well to chemo and would have to remain on chemo the rest of his life. (His tumor in his neck had burst and he had a nasty wound that he had to deal with, but even it was doing well as he was switched to a milder chemo routine to keep the cancer from growing. And he was doing really well with that treatment.) Dad developed a knee infection and Dr. D stopped all treatment until knee doc released him. Dr. D continued to ignore my phone calls that dad's neck wound was really looking bad, saying he could do nothing for him at this time. Finally, knee doc suggested knee treatment be put on hold so cancer could be treated. So Dad went to see Dr. D and he still said there wasn't anything he could do right now, and he refused to look at his neck when asked to (of course, dad kept it bandaged). We brought dad to Louisville for treatment, but it was too late by then. The oncology doctors in Louisville were just mortified at his neck and the treatment he had received. They found it unimaginable that Dr. D. never looked at his neck (the actual cancer) and ignored his cancer treatment during the course of treatment of the knee infection (9 weeks approximately). Of course, we are heartbroken. I only tell my story in the hopes of helping someone else. In the end, dad regretted mine and my sister's pleas to get a second opinion in Louisville from the beginning. That one step could have changed everything. I hope this review helps someone make a better choice in choosing their oncologist.
Not interested in patient's symptoms or history of presenting problem...., Oct 13, 2011

Dr. Crooks does not really listen to patients. Even on first visit, she discussed she and her kids more than my issue. Doesn't seem that interested in patients' opinion or explanation of symptoms. Even after testing, she failed to fully discuss issues with me.
This is how medicine should be practiced-very affordable..., Sep 29, 2011

Dr. Jain is very nice and helpful. He does not order a lot of unnecessary tests and is able to do a lot in his own office which is a lot easier than getting referrals everywhere for simple things like ingrown toe nails. He can even do xrays and put casts on for simple fractures! And the pricing is the most affordable I have seen! Will definitely refer my friends here.
The worst experience of my life. She has no people skills..., Sep 4, 2011

my experience at this office was the worst and i want every one to know about. something that means the world to us was stepped on by dr.bustillo and her staff. dr.bustillo is super dry and when she talks to you she is so cold and dry like a bottle of wine. when you are talking about something so improtant like having a baby she needs class on how to talk to her patients. i dont care if she has 30 years of experience. the office is super unorganized starting from mercy to the famous adrianna that also has no people skills. dr. bustillo gives you no hope at all but she does push the fact to go for a donor so she can make more money. sacha was the only one that helped us and took the time to explain things to us. the other doctor there that has no people skill is the american tall doctor. omg he is the worst. after going there getting ready to do something that meant the world to us i had to wait a month beacuse they where so unorganized and did not inform me that i had to take out blood. they did not care. so we had to wait a
