brain cancer given 10% survival chances, now 6 yrs cancer-free..., Mar 20, 2012

Dr. Forbes treated me six years ago for advanced brain cancer, right frontal lobe including sinus cavity, using Novellus machine. He is the best, gave me superb and compassionate care, and I'm still cancer-free six years later. I cannot recommend him highly enough. I owe my survival to him.
Worst experience & Wrong Diagnosis for 84 yr old father..., Feb 23, 2012

Would not address my father during appointments; subjected him to at least 4-5 hospital visits when complaining of non-stop pain around abdomen, side area - When changed doctor & hospital, compression fracture in his spine was discovered/treated w/in 48 hrs. Did not care for his bedside manner, staff, or nurses aides.
Zafar Naqvi- Avoid at all cost! M.D. is inexperienced and unhelpful..., Dec 16, 2011

No information and no experience. Has made at least two mistakes for all 4 clients I work with. Unfortunatly this M.D. does not bring anything to the table. Good practice at UMass. Bad apple with Zafar Naqvi. Beware! Many mistakes
Dr Betsy August........................... Horrible!..., Nov 29, 2011

I have seen Dr August a few times. Each time was unpleasant. Dr August does not take the time to listen to her patients nor does she help you with your concerns, and rushes right out of the room. Needless to say I will no longer be seeing her!
unresponsive, indifferent medical office with lack of urgency..., Nov 29, 2011

Staff is cold, indifferent, with no sense of urgency. I was extremely concerned about some test results but when I called every few days to ask if they were in, I was made to feel that I was bothering them and there was no attempt to give me an idea of when they would be in, or to expedite results more quickly. I waited a half four to see the doctor, she looked at her watch and made me feel rushed when I was in for the exam. Medical advice seemed reasonable but the lack of urgency or empathy made it a frustrating experience.
