BAD DOCTOR!! dont waste you time with this lady. shes nuts!..., Jan 26, 2012

Worse doctor I have ever seen.. multnomah county should be EXTREMELY ashamed. She has no idea what it takes to be an intelligent and outstanding doctor. She needs to stand back and ask herself if its more helpful to do more bad then good. Very sad in
Zafar Naqvi- Avoid at all cost! M.D. is inexperienced and unhelpful..., Dec 16, 2011

No information and no experience. Has made at least two mistakes for all 4 clients I work with. Unfortunatly this M.D. does not bring anything to the table. Good practice at UMass. Bad apple with Zafar Naqvi. Beware! Many mistakes
Saved my life. He is a great doctor and very compassionate..., Nov 3, 2011

I had severe abdominal pain and came to the ER for help. Dr. Metheny listened to me. He treated my pain and ordered a cat scan. He found out that I had a ruptured diverticulitis. I got admitted and had emergency surgery.
  Beware - Malpractice ..., Sep 23, 2011

I went under the knife in May 2011 to have a large fibro lipoma removed from my upper spine. Dr. Kramer performed the surgery, and it seemed all was well. It was evident within a couple weeks that there was still a fairly good sized bulge remaining. After waiting for the wound and stitches to heal, and for the swelling to go down, I went back in to see Dr. Kramer about the tumor still present. To my astonishment, all Kramer had to say was that he probably should have had me laying on my stomach for the operation rather than on my side, and therefore he only removed part of the tumor. I was informed my only option was to go back under the knife for a second operation, and would now have to pay double the amount originally paid, all due to the malpractice of the doctor. Even though I returned within less than 90 days, Kramer and staff were unwilling to assist me with out-of-pocket expenses, even after they admitted fault. When I asked why I should have to pay twice to have something done that should have been taken care of with one surgery, Kramer immediately got an attitude with me and had the gall to state that I was asking him to commit insurance fraud. All I was asking was that my additional out of pocket fees for their work to be billed to their office rather than to me, which seems perfectly fair, considering they didn't do what I paid them to do. Now I'm facing the fact that I have to once again take time off from work, pay TWICE (~$2K) for the same procedure, and basically deal with all the unpleasantness of going to the hospital and dealing with another surgery and recovery. I am astonished at the complete unwillingness of Advanced Surgical Associates - notably Dr. Kramer - to take accountability and make things right. At this time, I'm seeking assistance from an attorney to lodge a malpractice suit. Needless to say, I am one EXTREMELY dissatisfied customer, and I sincerely hope you heed my words and take your business and health to a more experie
Never expected this from a Medical Professional......., Sep 22, 2011

TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL ALL THE WAY AROUND I was recommended by coworkers to go to this Doctor since my previous Doctor retired.Upon walking in to the office all looks professional, but when I met with him everything changed. He had a attitude of a "pompas ass". I explained to him I was looking for a new primary care physician because mine retired.Dr Alonso asked me who my former physican name was and he replied "Script Writer". He also stated that."I better not be DR. shopping in order to get scripts". I explained to him I am a NYC Paramedic with 10years on the job, and never needed a script. He looked at me and laughed. At that point I was insulted and should have walked out but I decided to give him the benefit and let him proceed with the blood work-up. As he was drawing blood I noticed he wasn't wearing gloves which is a big "no no" in the health care field and the topper was he returned the Vacutainer holder along with the tourniquet to the draw for use again on another patient.I questioned him on it because we are taught never to re use any supplies on a patient and I explained it to him He said with a smile"What did you say you do for a living and I stated a Paramedic". His insulting reply was "You guys in NYC may waste money and throw out supplies but not in my office, I discard them when I deem necessary. You are only a Paramedic with a crash course in medicine but I went to medical School and made doctor, Who are you to judge me?Never in my life have I ever been insulted by someone in the Medical field and will never put my foot back in his office. I certainally advise caution in going to this mans practice.
