Prusmack has left me disabled and his complacent PA after a common 2 level fusion @ 90 days post op ..., Oct 3, 2011 Prusmack has left me disabled and his complacent PA after a common 2 level fusion @ 90 days post op CT scan and x-ray the PA certifies me solid fused and lifts all restrictions even though i failed at PT and told them several times my symptoms where the same as before, it fell on deaf ears, at 7 months of complaints screaming a MRI was done again the PA reads the film on his own again and states to me all is perfect its me and not the fusions its stress and time off work / 5 weeks later i was having emergency surgery to remove my C-7 it was now PULVERIZED $17,000 in titanium parts removed from my neck thrown in trash along with what was left of my vertebra $52,000 for the first surgery $112,000 for the second / now 12 months off work i was supposed to be off 3 or 4 months/ i have never returned to work and most likely never will,the very original CT and X-RAYS done at 90 days ALL SAY THE FUSION ARE INCOMPLETE FROM THE RADIOLOGIST/ I must assume prusmack never read the report or the film and his PA OH the MRI that was done at 7 months the radiologist called dr prusmack personally to tell him my neck was psuedoarthrosisi and he didn't tell me until weeks later then pressed upon me i need emergence surgery i was in grave danger why didn't he tell me when he was told? he`s a coward, they never rea any of my reports from the radiologist in the 10 months if they did then the lied to me the whole time, i got copied latter on all the films and reports and had them studied by other spine surgeons/ none of them agreed with anything the PA told me or wrote in his reports and one of the doctor apologized numerous times for what had happened to me,he said you have a very hard future in front of you, Doctor prusamck later abandons me and states a few weeks after the second major spine surgery and he wired my spine together at rear and in front a much longer plate and screws the pain was and still is brutal he states all my pain is gone any my symptoms are all gone, i hadn't even

Patient for orthoscopic knee surgery. Very dissatisfied with care, result and staff issues! ..., May 21, 2012 I had a knee (minuscus) surgery performed there in 2010. They indicated that I would be back to 100% in about 10 days after this orthosopic surgery. Instead, I have been plagued with pain ever since. I did all the therapy, taken cordizone and suparts to no avail. Along the way I have had issues with the staff over appointments and payments. They have claimed on two occasions that I was grossly delinquent on payments..... first example was when I was taking a 6 week round of supparts injections. They indicated at the start that the insurance paid it all, until they discovered that this wasn't true and upon one of my last visits for this, they initially tried to suspend any further treatment until my account was paid in full....something less than $100.00. Having serious pain issues, I booked an appointment with the Doctor, who I almost never saw, always relegated to a PA, and waited the ap[proximate two months to see the Dr, before the office staff called and said I owed them $106 and the Dr would not see me until I had paid this in full and all of this years deductible, in advance.... because of my past payment history..... a one time error, that they were responsible for. I believe, personally, that the Dr. violated his Hippocratic Oath when he refused to see me based upon this. His staff would not allow me to speak direct to him and then charged me .65 cents a page for my records. I have subsequently heard that this Dr. is great for shoulders, nut that knees are not his specialty. Based upon my experience, I would agree, since I still have a serious problem with my knee. Some months after the unsuccessful surgery, they indicated to me that I might be a good candidate for a whole knee replacement....something not even remotely on the radar before the orthoscopic minuscus surgery. Based upon the level of professionalism from the office staff and the fact that I have not achieved the desired level of health promised, I would not recommend this Dr. for any surgery or |

Fair doctor good bedside manor but not so sure about his skill level...., Feb 29, 2012 Upon arriving as a new patient I knew that there was going to be lots of paperwork as a new patient. I waited for over an hour after my appointment time just to be told that he was running behind. After my meeting with the Dr, I was very impressed with his professionalism, but not sure that he is the Dr. that I am looking for to treat my problems. I feel that he rushed the appointment after waiting a long time for him. |

Something is wrong with the way these guys treated me as a patient...., Feb 5, 2012 Very questionable in my opinion. I won't go back. They nickle and dimed me for everything. When I had insurance, I did not really pay attention but now, I see that they are out of balance with regard to patient care vs insurance company care. Whats funny is, when I lost my insurance, all of a sudden, all treatment options became available and they started billing me for every little thing including phone calls to work out prescription issues. Just very yucky... |

Lousy overpriced doctor, horrible location, very unproffessional staff..., Jan 24, 2012 I went for a routine visit, and was reassured by the staff that it would be covered by my insurance...then when I finished I find out its not! The staff clearly didn't know what they were talking about, and just told me that so I could come in and make the appointment. The Doctor just rushed the entire visit and didn't even seem concerned about me. I got a very bad vibe that he didn't really know what he was doing, and most of the time he just had the assistants do all the work. Will never go again. |

judgemental/egotistical/condescending attitude/know it all..., Jan 4, 2012 Unfriendly staff. Doctor doesn't listen completely to what you're saying She's quick to make a diagnosis before listening completely to what you have to say and before test results are back unwilling to admit when she's made a mistake |
