RUDE, HURTFUL, NO FEELINGS FOR PEOPLE, LIKE A METH ADDICT..., May 10, 2013

I had my 2 small children for a check up. This doctor bryan ledbetter said"shut up and I will see your kids or leave". I was not angry when I told him the medicine he prescribed has not rid my daughter's lice.. i was and am very frustrated. she goes to daycare while i go to RN school. I asked for a stronger medicine rather than the OTC he gave me last week. No, he gave Bactrim Suspension!

I went to Dr. Brooks for a very complex reconstructive problem. He and his staff were so warm and friendly, I felt like I was visiting a friend's house! He listened very carefully to everything I told him and was able to diagnose and propose a plan for my problem. I was so happy with the results and the whole experience! I am now seeing him for some long overdue cosmetic surgery. I'm so excited!

Short Story: THIS DOCTOR OVERCHARGES FOR SERVICES THAT THEY DID NOT EVER PROVIDE. BEWARE!! Long Story: This is my daughter pediatrician since birth. She is now 20 months old. We have roughly 10 or so wellness checkups as is the norm for babies. Every month or so. Every time we have gone, the wait time is ridiculous. At least 30-45 mins. The time with the doctor feels rushed and the service not very warm. Those are the positives. Now the bad part. Recently Dr. Lee saw my daughter for a routine wellness check up. These are covered by my insurance at no charge. The doctor took 45 mins to see me. Then proceeded to ask me when she came in "How long did my girl have a respiratory infection?' This was apparently because my baby had some snot hanging from her nose. Who knew? Babies that are snotty all have respiratory infections? Well anyhow, it was the first time in over a week that my daughter had a runny nose and I informed the doctor that it was nothing more than a runny nose and it just started. So the check up proceeded and Dr. Lee asked me about my wife’s and my decision to not vaccine our daughter. To which I said, we had not changed our mind and that we were still keeping that opinion. The doctor of course getting paid by the pharma group to give these pushed them again, to which we declined. So finally the doctor continued on with the wellness check only to say my girls weight was a little big, but not to be concerned. Finally, as the doctor was checking with my girls legs and arms and what not, she asked if I had any questions. To which I said one. My daughter had some dry skin on her back. I asked the doctor if she had any recommendations for what to put on the dry skin. The doctor said cortisone cream. So after all of this, the visit wasn’t the problem. The invoice for services was. Can't beleive it. Was dismissed because of my inabvility to urinate. Was denied the option that was given to me by the nurse to come back and try again, the office manager Jeanette demanded that I leave IMMEDIATELY and that I was dismissed right, then while in the exam room, and NOT finished with my appointment with the doctor. Asked to speak to Dr. Revollo to find out why I was being dismissed and she REFUSED to let me EVER see him and that I needed to leave NOW. She threatened to call the police and press harrassment charges on me if I call there and to have me arrested if I come ANYWHERE NEAR the office. LIED to my insurance company that I was NON-COMPLIANT just because I was UNABLE to urinate at that moment. But 2-3 days later I get a referral for orthopedics for knee pain for 99 visits good till 12-31-2013 and x-rays all for my KNEES. I came in for WRIST pain and swelling and to get a referral under my new insurance for the Rheumatologist he sent me to on my old insurance. All this AFTER I was supposedly dismissed. The referral was mailed to me 4 days after the dismissal. They also refuse to release your medical records to you so you can find a doctor to get proper medical attention and treatment.

Extremely rude, arrogant and uncaring. I would not recommend her to anyone...., Dec 20, 2012

Dr. Kubica is not only rude and uncaring, she is very rough when doing exams. A complete physical with her lasts a couple minutes with her barely examining the patient and not knowing the patient's history at all even if you are have been a patient for years. She is cold and distant and will not listen to questions much less answer any questions. She walks out of the room while the patient is still talking and asking questions. I would not recommend her to anyone. She is completely uninterested in her patient and actually had the worst bedside manners I have every experienced. Very poor Doctor.
