Avoid this one at all costs, ladies and gentlemen...., Apr 7, 2013 No interest in making patients feel better, or even at ease. She ignored my health history, dismissed everything that the referring doctor had said and all of the family history of arthritises and autoimmune disorders. She was absolutely rude and cold. It's only the clinic's policy of taking lots of tests and x-rays that made the visit at all worthwhile, as I ended up with information to take to a different rheumatologist! She was happy to write me off, and I'm so glad that I had the choice of other providers in the area. |

Peddles quack medicine and couldn't care less about a patient's time..., Jan 29, 2013 Doctor Masri leaves one wondering what planet he’s from regarding some of the questionable voodoo science he advocates and the dismissive attitude he takes to other specialists. He’s very big on advocating the use of a highly expensive allergy test that insurance companies won’t cover (that should clue you up) and which is largely discredited by allergy specialists and a medical community that sees it as outdated science that renders far too many false positives and verges on the kind of quackery one would normally associate with the more outrageous claims of some in the alternative medicine community. Dr. Masri also took it upon himself to render ‘expert’ opinion on a bowel condition I’ve had for some years and which he claimed was all down to allergies and diet, thus segueing into his advocacy for the testing process mentioned above. The views expressed ran contrary to every opinion I’ve been given by a number of gastroenterologists through the years regarding my condition and how I should treat it, but what was even more disturbing was the manner in which he tried convincing me to cancel my planned appointment for the periodic colonoscopy my condition requires to check for inflammation and any signs of cancer. All of this of course from a medical practitioner I’d made an appointment to see regarding a mole on my forehead that had given me cause for concern! To rub salt into the wound, a follow-up appointment to garner the results of a series of blood tests that were taken on my first visit showed that the clinic has as little respect for the time of its patients as it has for their intelligence when peddling garbage science. My appointment was for a little past 9 in the morning so I theoretically must have been one of the first patients for the day, yet 70 minutes later I had yet to see Dr. Masri, with no apology or explanation from the disinterested staff. Don't Use Elite Care Emergency or Dr. Jason Gukhool..., Jan 9, 2013 Do not use this clinic! Dr. Gukhool has a major EGO PROBLEM! He is condescending, rude, and arrogant! He refuses to prescribe antibiotic for upper respiratory infection. If you get sicker, the doctor still refuses to prescribe an antibiotic. He does not care what your medical history is. If you start feeling worse, you have to come in pay another $250, and he will still not prescribe an antibiotic. I have never encountered a doctor who is this callous! |

Dr Conlin practices billing fraud for services not rendered..., Dec 21, 2012 Went to Dr Conlin for a physical only and I was billed for physical and a separate office visit. All he did was ask me about pre-existing conditions (from form I had to fill out when I arrived) and then he starts billing me as if he is treating me for those conditions, even though I told him I am seeing another specialist for those pre-existing conditions. This is billing fraud. Dr Conlin also tried to prescribe cholesterol medication even though my cholesterol levels were very good, and he became extremely rude when I questioned the need for that. |

Awful experience. Dr. suggested disability but refused to complete disability paperwork...., Dec 3, 2012 This Dr suggested I consider going on disabililty on 2 separate occassions. When I agreed, I obtained necessary paperwork and she absolutely refused to complete 1 and a half pages of paperwork and sign it. This paperwork was for my disability insurance from my employer. I followed every single instruction she gave me. She terminated me as a patient. This sent me over the edge and I ended up in a psyche treatement center with suicide attempt. Avoid this "doctor" at all costs. |
