Poor customer service. No compassion. Not helpful. Rude. No resolutions offered. ..., May 14, 2013

Regarding our appointment this morning of May 14, 2013. Upon arriving my 94 year old mother was anxious to to avail herself to the services of Dr. Kligman for chronic neck pain. I had been referred to Dr. Kligman by my personal physician. Upon presenting my mothers insurance card we were informed that it would not be excepted as Dr. Kligman was not listed as the primary care physician. I was disappointed to say the least when i was informed of this, as it was never explained to me when the appointment for a new patient was made that Dr. Kligman would have to be elected as her primary care physician in order for her insurance card to be accepted and to be seen by the Dr. I told the receptionist behind the desk that Healthnet would absolutely pay as I occasionally bring my mother to other primary care physicians that are not listed on her insurance card with out issues from the insurance company (healthnet). No avenue of resolution was offered by the receptionist, and in my opinion I was treated very rudely and was also told that my attitude was not appreciated, at which time I told her I also did not appreciate her shortness with me either, to which she exclaimed that I came into the office with that attitude, which is NOT the case. I became agitated because after waiting 4 months for this appointment I felt that it was neglgent on their part that we were never informed that in order to be seen we would need to elect Dr. Kligman as our primary care physician prior to our appointment. I believe this was an oversight in their policy and not a fault of the patient. I asked her to call the insurance company to verify that there would be no problem and was rebuffed, at which time I thought it best that I call the insurance company so their office would be assured of payment. Dr. Rande H. Lazar

Short doctors office visit went really well, all things considered. :)..., Mar 28, 2013

This was my first time seeing Dr. Lazar. I had to take my kids with me because of spring break. The east Memphis office has a great kids room that is plainly visible in the waiting room. That was a great way to keep them occupied during the wait. Once I saw Dr. Lazar, things went really well. He listened to what I had to say and asked probing questions. After a short examination, I was on my way. As far as these things go, it was a pleasing experience.

Uncaring and neglectful doctor. Extremely disappointed..., Feb 28, 2013

I started going to Dr. Dunn 2 years ago when I found out I was pregnant. I had already had a miscarriage and ended up losing the next baby at 20 weeks due to Trisomy 13. I then had another miscarriage the next year. At this point I was 35 years old. After losing 3 babies, she just sent me on my merry way and told us to keep trying. I have not been able to conceive since that last miscarriage. Finally, this past January my husband and I decided on our own to seek further testing and possible treatment. It's a good thing we did because we just found out that I have a very low egg count, and I am premenopausal. I feel like Dr. Dunn should have suggested further testing after the last miscarriage a year ago, if not before that. From what I have heard from other people who have had to go to a fertility clinic, they're doctors referred them after a year or less of having problems conceiving or carrying (most of them are even younger than me). It seemed as if Dr. Dunn could care less whether we could or couldn't have a child. I do not recommend her at all.

After a consultation I felt far more comfortable about making choices about my body with the help of Dr. DeLange and his skilled team. My procedure went flawlessly and people still compliment me on how I look thanks to his work.

horribe doctor, horrible staff, horrible experience..., Jan 21, 2013

office is filthy and disgusting.my son's appt was at 1:30. we left after 4:00 pm and spent about 3 min with the doctor. office staff Linda (front desk) and referral girl, Laurie extremely rude and has no compassioni for people what so ever! not to mention the doctor herself is a horrible human being let alone horrible doctor! My 7 yr old son had a head injury and needed a MRI. not only was she more concerned with contacting DHS to get his school in trouble but she didnt even look at his head! had to wait 3 wk before getting a call for the MRI. I work as a nurse for a doctors office. WE WOULD NEVER make a patient who has a head injury wait 3 wks! especially a child! When I called her office for the 3rd time, the only answer I could get was "we are working on it" After getting frustrated, I asked the doctor herself call me. Her answer... " If you were truely concerned with your sons health, you would have taken him to the ER and we are doing the best we can dealing with sick people" Im sorry but my child's head injury that is causing him to have blurry vision should be more concerning than someone who has a cold! IF you love yourself or children, dont see Dr Willis!! ever
