He is a terrific doctor with an outstanding reputation which is well-deserved, but the best part about him is how much fun I have in the office. I know it sounds strange, having fun at your cancer surgeons office, but he makes the situation so relaxed and manageable that there is always laughter

Okay so, I went to this doctors office, the doctor was really nice and everything to me. She didn't really talk to me about anything, and then I went back a month later she didn't tell me the results of my test I had to ask her and she said everything was okay but, what if it wasn't I would have had to wait that long to find out. On top of that before you leave you visit this nurse window so, you can get your prescription and pay your co-payment(if you have insurance), which I do and I payed my $15 co-payment and the nurse tells me I owe $150 and if I don't pay it they are going to take "legal action". I was furious, I went home and called my insurance company and they said that the office had entered in the wrong code that they were trying to claim, so, I got that all figured out and they told me to call and tell the nurses to re-submit the bill. I called there they were very rude told me that they couldn't resubmit the bill and now I have creditors after me because, they won't re-submit the bill and I'm not paying it because my insurance company says that they cover it.

Our last visit to Dr. Wintle was for my sons 18 month check up. One of the things I am always impressed with when we go to Dr. Wintle is that he remembers us by first name and remembers things about our life. Most doctors don't care to do that. He is great with my kids and is very knowledgeable. My only complaint about this visit is the receptionists. They are not very friendly and seem annoyed when I try talking to them. The only reason I continue to go to Dr. Wintle is because he is awesome. If I chose where to go to the doctor based on customer service I would definitely go somewhere that had friendlier receptionists. I would definitely recommend Dr. Wintle to anyone.

The physician took a great deal of time explaining why she checked different things, what medications we would try and how they would work. She checked my daughter's breathing at the beginning and end of the visit as she was having asthma difficulties. She listened carefully to my daughter's descriptions of her problems and explained what should happen when we got home.

This doctor and his office staff is about as laid back as you can get. They are professional and know what they are doing but everything seems to be stress free. The do not seem to be over scheduled, therefore the doctor can spend as much time as I need to handle my problem. It is rarely a good experience to go to the doctor because I never go to the doctor if I am feeling good. It really helps when you are ill to have a friendly and courteous staff to help you.
