Friendly eye doctor and an overall good experience..., Feb 28, 2010 I recently visited Dr. Small for an eye exam. He seems very knowledgeable about eyes and eye issues and seems to keep up with the industry. He has most things computerized, so he just answers some questions, and enters data from your testing and comes up with your new prescription. He also had a new glaucoma testing device, which was a lot more pleasant than previous methods. I'm not a fan of the puff of air method, or the numbing eye drop method. This method just felt like someone was tickling your eyelashes, and was much easier to deal with.

They only care about your money, they over charge you ..., Feb 7, 2012 I went to visit the office to have my annual eye check. When I was in the office, everyone keep asking me if I have any friends or family need eye check. And I found out later that they charge me $50 just for putting a pair of contact lens into my eye. When I called, they said that this is just their practice, you don't have to come back. |

terrible experience with Dr. Aukerman in Columbus, OH..., Dec 23, 2011 I had a terrible experience with Dr. Aukerman. My regular MD was not available so I was placed with him. When he entered I explained I slipped on my stairs at home and injured my back. I saw a body worker Wed who massaged and realigned me but suggested I see an MD as well. He asked what my body worker said I should have, all while being very dismissive. He never examined me, never directly faced me, and kept saying he would do this or that because my body worker wanted it, which I found demeaning. He refused to give me pain meds because he said there was no record of me getting them in their system, despite the fact that I've gone to that practice for over 10 years and have gotten pain meds there before. He was brusque, dismissive, and indifferent, and I will never see him again. I refused to pay for the visit even. He actually made me cry he was so harsh, which was offensive considering the pain I am in. |

Bad doctor, I will not be returning and advise you to never go to her...., Nov 22, 2011 She doesn't show any care for your child. She acts like she knows everything and will make you feel stupid. She has a really bad attitude. I will not be returning to her. I feel really bad for taking my baby to see her because my baby deserves better than that. |

Wisdom teeth extractions, I recommend this doctor!..., Nov 20, 2011 Dr Shah is very professional, informative, easy-going and efficient! I had two wisdom teeth extracted yesterday and had no down time. No pain or discomfort, and I my mouth stopped bleeding last night. The procedure itself was stunningly quick and painless (I went with the nitrusoxide option... laughing gas). Everyone in his office was knowledgeable and assertive, from the moment you walk into the office it feels comfortable. I would highly recommend Dr Shah for any oral surgery you need! -Candace K. |
