I called Dr. Vinch because of chest pain. He told me he would meet me at the local ER and did! My EKG was normal according to the ER. Dr. Vinch kept me calm and updated my family. he organized for an urgent heart cath. They opened the blocked blood vessel causing my heart attack, and I had no damage to my my heart. I saw this individual at Starke Shands ER per advice from my primary doctor. If you care about your health or your loved ones' health, DO NOT see this doctor. He is extrememly rude, does not listen to you, does not check what medications you are presently taking, and will not look at your injuries. Instead he prescribes painkillers without really knowing what is going on. I consulted a pharmacist with the medicaitons he prescribed because I don't trust him as far as I can throw him. His ego is truly ruining his quality of care, which to me, is practically non-existant. Beware of this quack!

Had a horrible experience, at the riverwalk in Lawrence. Doctor did one test and told me I would be all set, always looking at his fashionable casio g-shock watch. I was skeptical but he was the doctor. Over the next couple of days continued getting sicker until finally I broke done and dropped another copay, but this time I went to another walk in clinic in the area. They correctly diagnosed my problem and got me on the meds I needed. still on the mend but feeling alot better, no thanks to this d-bag.

I had clavicle repair surgery with a plate and screws done by Dr. Gennaro. He averaged at least an hour behind schedule. The hospital staff was awful, they burst a vein every time an IV had to be put in. The x ray technicians messed up the angle of the x rays every single time. A month after surgery I developed pockets of fluid which formed blood blisters on the scar. Gennaro used a bone growth catalyst that had a reaction with my skin. This resulted in a hole in my skin that had to be surgically closed. The catalyst was not needed as I am a healthy, 18 year old who is active and fit. Two months after the initial surgery I broke my collarbone again, along with the plate. When he looked at my x ray his fist word was "Shit". He continued repeating this before saying "I've never seen this before, or read anything about it. So come back in two weeks and we'll see how it heals" I will never deal with him again. The plate is visibly displaced and very painful. If my collarbone heals like this the metal will grate against my skin every time I move as it has been doing. I have never had a worse medical experience

Dealing with this practice is only about making money. Everything is oriented around getting you to come in frequently and doing tests. The staff is rude and I will not use nor recommend this practice.

This doctor loves consultations at 500 a visit and never even remembers why he had you come in or your name. The only thing that tops that is no return phone calls, no matter how many times they will check and "call you right back". They schedule appointments and don't tell you or better yet send you to a down town office only to find out that it's at an office 30 minutes in the other direction. FIND ANOTHER DOCTOR … maybe even one who cares about your family and your time.
