More interested in billing for office visits than needs of patient..., Feb 3, 2012 If you are looking for someone who lectures you on eating and exercise (even if you are fit and at target weight), if you are looking for a doctor who requires an office visit for any kind of information, this is your doctor. My own experience is that he tries to require more office visits than are necessary. I look for a doctor that is willing to establish a patient/doctor relationship with me and understand who I am and what my needs are. Sometimes that means just phoning in a prescription or giving advice over the phone. |

Medical doctors shouldn't make mistakes even paper ones...., Dec 16, 2011 I have seen Dr. Hoing for 2 years. She has always been plesent and kind however her ability to function as a docter do to her case load, in my opinion, is sorely lacking. She has made numerous mistakes in my healthcare and paperwork that has so far only cost us financialy. Her constant lying again in my opinion to cover her butt further complicates me attaining the healthcare I need and has added undo stress to our family. |

Ladylike Cosmetic Dermatologist In Winston Salem NC..., Nov 17, 2011 She is smart as a whip, soft-spoken and kind. Every time I go to see her for my Botox she is wearing her pearls. I love to listen to her radio show on WSJS. Dr. Anne White in Winston-Salem is a class act. |

Not a nice person and untrustworthy doctor - Very sad experience..., Nov 1, 2011 He recommended a hysterectomy for a one inch fibroid and said surgery was the only option. The problem was I had lower right groin pain and not uterine pain. He felt the fibroid - how could he make such a big mistake? Unless he just wanted to perform surgery and make some money. Problem was - it devastated me. A morsel of caring from him would have been nice, instead, he pretty ruthlessly kicked me out. A family member said she had never seen a doctor be so cold and so cruel. |

Scott Yegel had a wait time of 50 minutes Unacceptable!..., Oct 17, 2011 . I am most disappointed in the wait time. I waited over 50 minutes to be seen by the doctor. 50 minutes just to have him walk into my room!! I never received any feedback as to the wait and when I addressed the issue to the doctor he merely stated I'm sorry. If the wait time was going to be long, I would appreciate if the doctor/ receptionist asked me if I cared to reschedule, who said I didn't have something else to do? My time is just as valuable as any person, so when I schedule an appointment I expect to be seen at least within 15 minutes. After all, the receptionist is the one looking at the calendar to ensure I am placed in to a time that is compatible with the doctor's schedule. If I arrive late or do not call, I am billed anywhere from $50.00 to $200.00 depending on the incident. If the doctor arrives late, I get nothing except sorry and all my other appointments being thrown off at that time. Why is it OK for the doctor to be late but not the patient? If you have too many people scheduled or you can't wrap up an appointment in a timely manner, maybe you should try placing greater distance between the next patient, to allot for the overtime (which by the way I'm not getting paid for) in which the patient will be occurring. So many times people say this is the norm, this is not acceptable! If you arrive late at the doctor's office you are billed or asked to rescheduled, if you arrive late for an interview you will not get the job, if you arrive late at your job you will be fired. Why is it OK for a doctor in a doctor's office to be late for his/her patients? I had an appointment; I even brought in my paperwork already filled out. I didn't just walk in. I rescheduled an appointment for another doctor while waiting for the doctor to come in, upon him coming In, I left. He or she will no longer be privy to my money when I have to wait excessively. |
