Routine physical for a middle school child. Measured height, weight, eyes, etc...., Apr 5, 2010 We have been seeing Dr. Baswell for 15 years, with two children. Office is always clean and tidy. Rooms are also clean and tidy. Wait time is reasonable. He is very good with kids of all ages. He treats the patient respectful and engages in conversation with the patient not just the parent. I would recommend him to a friend.

Kenneth haft good lung doctor richmond virginia !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!..., Dec 4, 2011 Dr. Haft is a busy but caring young man. His knowledge and caring is so refreshing at this time when doctors just want to spend 5 minutes with you. He makes you feel very comfortable and at ease despite the severity of Medical problems he deals with. My family doctor speaks very highly of him |

unresponsive, indifferent medical office with lack of urgency..., Nov 29, 2011 Staff is cold, indifferent, with no sense of urgency. I was extremely concerned about some test results but when I called every few days to ask if they were in, I was made to feel that I was bothering them and there was no attempt to give me an idea of when they would be in, or to expedite results more quickly. I waited a half four to see the doctor, she looked at her watch and made me feel rushed when I was in for the exam. Medical advice seemed reasonable but the lack of urgency or empathy made it a frustrating experience. |

Rip off billing codes... HORRIBLE customer service and always a huge hassle to deal with- Beware..., Nov 22, 2011 Deer family practice NEVER seems to operate smoothly... There is always an issue with Dr. Parkers CODING for insurance.... It seems that either the doctor or office staff intentionally uses codes they KNOW will not be paid by your insurance. This has happened more than once... I always feel as though I should keep my mouth shut to avoid tripping another code input into the computer system. These codes are knowingly input by the salivating doctor Parker... When you do finally get the bill, and are horrified about paying a few hundred dollars for a couple of prescriptions written in 6 min., good luck taking care of it with this office... Codes, hold times, transfers etc... Although most health offices are nightmares these days, this one is really bad... find another doctor... |
