Nazario has no bedside manners. I waited 12 wks. W/serious health issues expressed the urgency and got a cancellation call at 4:56pm the day before my apt. certainly, calling to cancel my appointment the day before had to b a mistake. I went at 8:30am on my appointment (9am). 10 minutes later after check in a clerk comes out to tell me that my appointment was canceled. I'd already changed meetings, took morning off work & I was in urgent need to see her, was she aware? Yes she was. Office Mngr.realized time was slotted I said I was not expecting her to have a diagnosis at first glance, but that she needed to hear my symptoms & I would come back some other time. He had no argument.30 minutes later came back she said no -re-schedule. Total lack of humanity. No even face to face-on a scheduled appointment paper won’t tell a diagnosis. Nurses search for records after the patient signs a release. I was glad to do the legwork and wasted 12 weeks zero regard to my health and to my time

Dr. Ripps has been treating my husband and I for almost a year now and we wouldnt dream of seeing anyone else. The staff at newLIFE is so caring and supportive from start to finish. I have been coming to Dr. V for about two months now and I cannot express how happy I am to have made this decision! I came in, skeptical, after having thrown out my back. I could not walk, sit, stand, or take care of my newborn son without experiencing extreme pain, at only 21! I was religiously taking pain killers, but nothing was getting better. After only two weeks of treatment my pain was gone! I could play with my son again! I was so happy with my treatment; I even brought my son in for a check-up. After having been pulled out at birth, he had been having trouble rotating his head both directions. After only two adjustments (that's right, TWO!) my son is looking both ways with no problems and he has been happier ever since. I'm so happy I came to Care Chiropractic and even happier I brought my son in. Thanks to Dr.V, I can look forward to a happy and healthy life for me and my son. I had a great consult, preop, surgery, and result with Dr Gupta for my breast surgery! I have had two previous breast implants and both ended up uneven. Dr Gupta fixed the unevenness and I look mah-velous!
