I FEEL THAT DR. MCCORVEY IS A VERY UNCOMPASSIONATE DOCTOR AND I CAN'T UNDERSTAND WHY HE WOULD LET ON..., Feb 7, 2012 I FEEL THAT DR. MCCORVEY IS A VERY UNCOMPASSIONATE DOCTOR AND I CAN'T UNDERSTAND WHY HE WOULD LET ONE OF HIS PATIENTS SUFFER WITHOUT MEDICINE, FOR A SURGERY THAT HE PERFORMED AND A MISTAKE THAT SOMEBODY ELSE MADE. I EXPLAINED THAT IT WAS ALL JUSTIFIABLE AND HE COULD CHECK INTO THE SITUATION AND HE DIDN'T WANT TO HEAR IT. VERY UNPERFESSIONAL. I AM TRANSFERING MY CARE TO THE ARNOT OGDEN WOUND CARE CENTER WHERE I BELEIVE I WILL BE TREATED AS A HUMAN. NOT SOME ONE HE CAN JUST MISTREAT. THANK YOU

Not a happy Doctor, seems depressed, unsure of himself...., Jun 5, 2013 Dr. Roman Tusinski does not seem to be a happy person or enjoying his job. He is very hesitant about his with his ability to make a decision. I do not think I have ever seen him smile, so how would you interpret that?? UNSURE? INSECURE? You be the judge if you elect to see him, I will leave it at that my friends. You can voice your freedom of speach as well. |

Poor customer service. No compassion. Not helpful. Rude. No resolutions offered. ..., May 14, 2013 Regarding our appointment this morning of May 14, 2013. Upon arriving my 94 year old mother was anxious to to avail herself to the services of Dr. Kligman for chronic neck pain. I had been referred to Dr. Kligman by my personal physician. Upon presenting my mothers insurance card we were informed that it would not be excepted as Dr. Kligman was not listed as the primary care physician. I was disappointed to say the least when i was informed of this, as it was never explained to me when the appointment for a new patient was made that Dr. Kligman would have to be elected as her primary care physician in order for her insurance card to be accepted and to be seen by the Dr. I told the receptionist behind the desk that Healthnet would absolutely pay as I occasionally bring my mother to other primary care physicians that are not listed on her insurance card with out issues from the insurance company (healthnet). No avenue of resolution was offered by the receptionist, and in my opinion I was treated very rudely and was also told that my attitude was not appreciated, at which time I told her I also did not appreciate her shortness with me either, to which she exclaimed that I came into the office with that attitude, which is NOT the case. I became agitated because after waiting 4 months for this appointment I felt that it was neglgent on their part that we were never informed that in order to be seen we would need to elect Dr. Kligman as our primary care physician prior to our appointment. I believe this was an oversight in their policy and not a fault of the patient. I asked her to call the insurance company to verify that there would be no problem and was rebuffed, at which time I thought it best that I call the insurance company so their office would be assured of payment. I made that call, there was no one else in the waiting room at the time and I was not causing a disturbance. After several minutes on hold with Healthnet I was ab |

Simply the best doctor in town. You will not be disappointed...., Feb 28, 2013 Dr. Afflu is a very caring and patient doctor. He takes his time with his patients and the staff are very friendly. I had a pleasant experience and would highly recommend him to myfriends and family. |

Google "Complaints" on this MD before making an appointment for a procedure..., Feb 10, 2013 Before selecting any doctor, please do your due diligence and google complaints on whomever is giving you a consultation before you make an appointment or give them your money for any procedure, even if they tell you that they invented the procedure you are looking to have done, and/or that they teach it internationally and that you need look no further for the best person to do the job. ALWAYS LOOK FURTHER WHEN SOMEONE TELLS YOU THIS. I wish I had. |

horribe doctor, horrible staff, horrible experience..., Jan 21, 2013 office is filthy and disgusting.my son's appt was at 1:30. we left after 4:00 pm and spent about 3 min with the doctor. office staff Linda (front desk) and referral girl, Laurie extremely rude and has no compassioni for people what so ever! not to mention the doctor herself is a horrible human being let alone horrible doctor! My 7 yr old son had a head injury and needed a MRI. not only was she more concerned with contacting DHS to get his school in trouble but she didnt even look at his head! had to wait 3 wk before getting a call for the MRI. I work as a nurse for a doctors office. WE WOULD NEVER make a patient who has a head injury wait 3 wks! especially a child! When I called her office for the 3rd time, the only answer I could get was "we are working on it" After getting frustrated, I asked the doctor herself call me. Her answer... " If you were truely concerned with your sons health, you would have taken him to the ER and we are doing the best we can dealing with sick people" Im sorry but my child's head injury that is causing him to have blurry vision should be more concerning than someone who has a cold! IF you love yourself or children, dont see Dr Willis!! ever |
