very unimpressed and not going to return to see her..., Nov 23, 2011 I had to wait over 45 minutes for my appointment. As other reviewers noted, I didn't feel like she wanted to hear what I had to say. I would constantly be interrupted. She offered services like laser hair removal and a facial, but it sounded like a sales pitch, even though she said she doesn't make money off of the facials. I liked the staff. But I will definitely look into another doctor in the future. |

Stay Away from this one-he is using scare tactics...., Oct 12, 2011 I went to this Doctor for a very specific job required test. After a cursory exam he tried to sell me a test that was not required and suggested that he needed to implant a device into my heart that is not indicated for my condition. He also tried to put me on a medication that another Doctor IN HIS OWN PRACTICE had determined was bad for me. |

Outstanding doctor who still cares; knowledgeable and upbeat..., Sep 28, 2011 Very impressed by the quality of care she provides. We have seen this physician as a family. She is a good mixture of knowledge, compassion, and sincere caring. I hope there are more doctors like her! |

Dr. Higgins is a Predator in Garden City, KS..., Sep 11, 2011 Not sure why the computer says some weird town's name under location--I'm in Garden City, KS and I quit going to Dr. Kim because she gave me the creeps. And it turns out she completely crossed the ethical line with a patient of hers who was a close friend of mine until Dr. Kim convinced my friend to divorce her husband and move in with her as a lover and cut all ties to her former life. ILLEGAL! Before the affair became public, Dr. Kim tried to prescribe antidepressants to a mutual friend of ours, a close acquaintance of the lover, who was saddened by the strange personality changes she could sense happening as our friend became distant from her family and friends. MISUSE OF AUTHORITY! An OB/Gyn has a responsibility to assist families, not tear them apart. A Doctor who would use medication to cover her own tracks is a criminal. |

UNPROFESSIONAL UNFRIENDLY STAFF and RUDE BEHAVIOR DONT WELCOME THEIR CUSTOMERS..., Sep 10, 2011 Had gone to Dr. Najac office as i was diagonised with cataracts in both eyes. I had a terrible experience with their staff which i want to share with other patients. you will experience for yourself once you go there that what i am writing here is 100% true. The girls at this office are extremely unfriendly. the day of my appointment i was in the street cud see because of my cataracts. i couldnt find their office as it was not on main street there was another entrance to it. so i had to call twice the girl was so rude she almost hung up on me. she didnt want to help. i am shocked that they treat their customers this way. how can they stay in business with so much competition around. they dont answer calls dont answer questions. after a long wait i was able to meet dr najac. he seems to be nice and told me i needed surgery for my cataracts. i scheduled the surgery. because of the girls not following up my surgery was cancelled two days before surgery. i wasted so much time to go for my medical clearance etc to be ready for the surgery. the girls at this office were totally not telling the truth by saying they never received my medical clearnance paperwork. when my doctors secretary faxed them three times and they kept saying they dont have it. she picked up the phone and yelled at them. and right away they say they have it. so that means they were lying all along. I am very disappointed with them. I went all the way to North Shore Eye Care in long island. I got my left eye done by Dr. John Mauro. Service is amazing there. there is a team of four doctors who are sooo good. So organized place. they call you and confirm everything. you exactly know what to expect. I am glad that i didnt get the surgery fm this place as i am scared to think how it would have turned out. Please make sure before you proceed. Good Luck |
