excellent clinic, state of the art, friendly and caring staff..., Mar 5, 2010

My son was sick so we called up the doctors office at 8.30. we were given a choice of appointment for that very day and chose to go in at 10.05. we were seen promptly and my son was given an xray and a very thorough examination. he was given a diagnosis of a sinus infection and given antibiotics. i would recommend this doctor to a friend

Dr Mayfield is Highly Reccomended he made me feel!..., Jun 11, 2013

Dr Mayfield, took the time to explain everything with us never rushed us. And gave me his personal and professional opinion. I truly thank him for all he has done. This is truly a great Dr that I would highly recommend. He made me feel like a part of his family and not just a patient.!
Awfull! Made my preschooler cry and didn't think it necessary to apologize..., May 31, 2013

Apparently he didn't approve of my daughter coloring with the paper and crayons that his staff provided. When I told him that I was disappointed by this, he told me that I was not doing my job as a parent. I will not be back.
Misdiagnosis multiple times. Only talks about child safety instead of doing real md work..., May 30, 2013

Both my kids were improperly diagnosed many times... You end up finding out when you're at children's hospital in the middle of the night. Misdiagnosed ear infections, exzema, and conjunctivitis. My mom could have diagnosed my kids. If she could prescribe meds, I would have just taken her advice instead... Not happy at all.
I would not recommend her to a friend. Get a second opinion..., Apr 7, 2013

I would not recommend her to a friend. She over-diagnoses and over-treats. Make sure you get a second opinion to be certain of the diagnosis before you commit to treatment. Thank you very much and that is all I am going to say...
Downhill fast since changes to office and move ..., Mar 7, 2013

Something has happened since he joined NYU. No one answers the phones, have to call for weeks just to get a response, long wait with doc spending no time with you. This is not the level of care or service people expect from a doctor.
