Told me my dad's RX would be VERY strong - it was an 'OTC'..., Feb 23, 2012 Unbelievable that he (& NE Baptist Hospital) kept assuming my dad's pain was 'in his head' - he (again) told me his diagnosis was 'constipation' - said 'this RX is very strong' - I went to the drug store & pharmacist looked a little embarrassed, and said 'you don't need a prescription for this - it's just Dulcalax' Thanks, Doc!!! We finally went to a different hospital & doctor & w/in 48 hours they discovered and treated a compression fracture in his spine - Immediate relief. (This is after 4-5 visits in/out of NE Baptist in 2 months for my 84 year old father.) We've not gone back, & I warn people not to go to this un-caring doctor.

I Would Refer Her To Anyone Who Has Severe Or Even Slight Allergies...., Apr 23, 2013 Dr. Evelyn Tolson is a wonderful doctor. I was referred to Dr. Evelyn Tolson by my good friend and I was very suspicious about taking my son to another doctor to receive another opinion. My son had a deep year round cough and he had the cough for so long I just did not know where else to visit. We found out that my son had allergic reactions to different things and commenced the allergy shots along with a combination of asthma treatment. I have seen such a change in my son that it is incredible. We are still performing allergy shots, but everything is recovering. Dr. Evelyn is the most satisfying doctor I have ever seen. I would refer her to anyone who has severe or even slight allergies. |

Dr. Regina Syed is a Great Doctor and Changed My Life! ..., Mar 24, 2013 Dr. Regina Syed is a great doctor. She spent a lot of time with me and addressed my concerns. Through my job, I had a lot of back pain and with Dr. Regina's help I'm no longer in pain and was able to get back to work. Thanks Dr. Regina! |

Unfortunately, I can't recommend her. Lacks privacy sensitivity!..., Feb 6, 2013 I saw this doctor once. Her office is very small which would be fine, except while I was there in the waiting room, I could hear everything she was saying during her phone conversation with the insurance company or someone like that. This included the patient's i.d. number, medical problems, lab report results, etc. I couldn't believe it! Doesn't this violate HIPPA laws?? She was using a phone in the front reception area but could prevent this by having a phone in back part of office. Toward the end of our appt., I told her I was concerned about her making calls from phone in front, and I could hear everything she was discussing about a patient. Instead of taking responsibility for the situation, she blamed it on her office, other patients, and then me. She said that that unfortunately she has a small office; that sometimes the reception door gets left open when patients walk in; and that most patients aren't listening for something like that. LOL, ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!!! She may be a good doctor regarding a broken bones and such (I don't know), but she is clueless about protecting patient privacy! No thanks! |
