  After two visits to Dr. Crognale, it was time to change to someone who cared...., Feb 23, 2010

Dr. Crognale was recommended by a family friend, so when I needed to find a new family doctor, I made an appointment. She shares a practice with three or four other physicians and it is located in an office complex adjacent to the hospital. The office was nice and the staff was reasonably nice, although I felt they spent too much time talking amongst themselves rather than dealing with the patients. When it was time to see the doctor, I was ushered into the exam room and left there for 20 minutes until a nurse came in to check my vitals. When the doctor came in, she barely acknowledged me and asked "why are you here?" This was my first appointment with her, and I thought some personal chit chat should have taken place -- at least a "hello, how are you?" instead of "why are you here?" When I told her my concerns, she shrugged, walked out of the room, came back with a prescription pad and offered me a prescription. This was without any blood work . The bottom line is this doctor is cold, uncaring, unfeeling and has no interest in making things right with the patients. I went back one more time (I am always willing to give someone a second chance) but Dr. Crognale again was cold, distant and seemed bored. I have now found another doctor who is much better. Obviously, I would NOT recommend this doctor to anyone!

"Dr Maggie" is the worst doctor i have ever met. She is rude, condescending and thinks she is gods gift to this world because she is a doctor. Is argumentative with new moms and will get angry with you if you ask a question more than once. She is such a horrible person I would not recommend her to my worst enemy! Her own staff hates her. DO NOT GIVE THIS WOMAN BUSINESS. She is in this profession just for the money. She could care less about you or your children!!!

I would not recommend this physician given my experience. Poor communications and lack of understanding. Referrals were non-compassionate and useless. Five years and my condition has grown worse. Typical commodified, non-caring, so called, "health care." My interests wre not served. His were every time.

doctor misdiagnosed my illness causing an extra year of pain and suffering.he is also condescending and distant,making me feel alone and insignificant . the doctor cost me 2 weeks of pay from my work because his office refused to complete paperwork within the proper time.

I went to the ER with what was diagnosed as gallstones and needed gall bladder removal surgery. He was sweet and funny and told me to call and schedule the surgery for thurs or fri with one of his associates because he would not be able to fit me in the following day, but if he had been able to, he would have admitted me. I called the next day, they told me I needed to go in for a consult, meaning missing more work so that they could get more money?! WHAT?! I said well, I was just supposed to schedule surgery, he already did the exam and history at the hospital, so it's just the paperwork? could you please have him call me since this is not what he told me and I had another person with me that confirmed the same story as I was saying? He called me back, was rude and condecending and told me that he was referring me to another group because I would not want a dr that is unhappy with what I was saying performing my surgery! is that a THREAT?! I was in excruiating pain and he's going to play games?!
