poor service, inaccurate information, disregard for patient values or input..., Dec 18, 2011 Dr. McLemore treated me for anal condyloma. I believe she recklessly destroyed a lot of healthy tissue. She cut me up and burned me really bad and she became irritated when I complained about my pain and (temporary) disfigurement. McLemore took a large biopsy from an area I believe was healthy before the operation. It took me 2 months to recover from the biopsy and for my anus to start to regain a non-disfigured appearance. The biopsy also caused me uncontrollable pain. The biopsy turned out to have no clinical value; the biopsy result was not relevant to future treatment decisions. I was left with a small, visible scar on my anal margin from the biopsy. Dr. McLemore gave me unrealistic expectation for recovery time and pain levels. I beleive McLemore behaved with negligence and I have asked for a review of my case. McLemore seemed cold an uncaring toward me most times I saw her. McLemore insisted on not giving me any say in how the procedure was done in my case, but she refused to apologize or admit wrongdoing when her preferred method went wrong. I believe that if you have a negative outcome, McLemore will be cold and uncaring toward you. I believe she will blame you and say it was your fault for signing all the paperwork. And there is more paperwork than you will believe. Most of the paperwork I signed was immediately before the operation and this also makes me suspicious. Obviously, I don't recommend this doctor.

Dr. Alexander Feldman is an A++ Physician with great bedside manner!..., Feb 27, 2013 Dr. Alexander Feldman is a very thorough physician. He has great bedside manner, is very soft spoken and spent a lot of time with me during each visit (three so far!) in the past two months. What stood out was the amount of quality time and care spent during each appointment. He wasn’t like most doctors trying to cram as many patients into a 30 minute slot. He was more focused on quality of care, making sure to complete a detailed examination and communicating options clearly. He is very knowledgeable, detailed and communicative. He explained what he thought was wrong and what my options were to diagnose my symptoms. He did not pressure me to have unnecessary tests. Once diagnosed, he provided visual aids, even drew some diagrams to chart the course of progression. He also provided treatment options and reading material for those options. He is personable and calls you directly to communicate any lab/test results. His calm demeanor is also very reassuring. I would highly recommend Dr. Feldman as an A++ physician! Thank you! Although the same cannot be said for this staff – they are a little rough around the edges. If you can get past that, you will not be disappointed by the doctor himself! |

Misdiagnosed my child Prescribed dangerous medication...., Feb 11, 2013 Wow. Character Limit. Sucks cause there is a lot to tell. I will make some points. 1) I had to guess my child's diagnostic and he would just agree with me. 2) Told me my child has pinworms when complaining about belly pain and constipation without even checking in a lab ( my child was later diagnosed at the ER with Encopresis ). 3) Prescribes Tylenol for everything from headaches to possibly cancer. 4) Call to make an appointment for lung check when my child had a severe flu but instead I was sent to the Pharmacy where a prescription will be sent. went to the Pharmacy and everything was Over the Counter.5)GI doctor requested a note in December from him. It is February and the GI never received it. 6) Called to get something for my son's cough. Transferred through three different receptionists ( one was chewing her food while on the phone with me).Got prescription for ASTHMA medication.Pharmacist asked me not to give my son the medication as it is dangerous.Encopresis+med=Renal Failure |

Peddles quack medicine and couldn't care less about a patient's time (part 2)..., Jan 29, 2013 will charge you like a wounded bull for their own precious time? Arrogance? Disdain? The kind of greed that pushes them to cram their appointment schedule with as many patients as possible per day? And would it kill their staff to at least offer up some kind of token apology or explanation when keeping you waiting interminably? Whatever, I got up and left in disgust. Having done my homework via the internet on the allergy test Dr. Masri peddles so stridently, and added to the manner with which he so casually played with my own health via the dismissive attitude he took to the views of gastroenterology specialists I’ve seen through the years, I’d already decided that he was certainly not the kind of medical practitioner I wanted to entrust my health to, or that of my family, on a long term basis. After the fiasco of waiting to see him so long, my view was doubly confirmed. |

Dr Laurence Dahners (UNC Orthopedics) is a dangerous doctor..., Jan 26, 2013 I had osteomyelitis and Dr. Dahners lied to me and told me I did not. It was either he lied or he is incompetent. Dahners mocked me and said I was malnourished. He was just blame mean and egotistical. |
