It was my first visit to the facility and it was very nice. Although..., Jan 15, 2010 It was my first visit to the facility and it was very nice. Although the waiting room was full of other patients, the wait was very short. I think I only had to wait 30 minutes after check-in. Dr. Ross was very nice and pleasant to me, taking time to get to know me before running out of the room to see other patients.

Very Bad Experience. I wish I had not had this surgery done by Dr. Bautista...., Jun 1, 2013 Visible scars, bad "bedside manner", doesn't appear to care about his patients. Always in a hurry. Cannot look you in the eye, walks away as he's talking. Unfriendly staff. But mostly, its the scars that I was left with. |

wolf in sheep clothing.I would not trust her as far as i can throw a rock...., May 13, 2013 My first impression of her was a fairly nice lady and knowledgeable in her field, but however she does not listen too well, and tends to do what she feels is right. Does not know how to really support her employees. And treats not just her co-workers but patients unfairl. |

Mislead about insurance co-pay and had to pay $350..., Apr 5, 2013 Went in for a mole consultation and got what I thought was included in my $40 co-pay (3 mole tests). 4 of their staff (including Dr. Fichtel) told me that the mole tests were "covered by insurance". Ended up getting a $350 bill for the testing. The situation went downhill from there... |

My procedure went flawlessly and people still compliment me on how I look thanks to his work. |
