I was disappointed in the additional testing the doctor suggested...., Mar 21, 2010 The doctor seemed very competent, but I did not like the expensive testing he was suggesting after I told him my sympton had just suddenly appeared one day. He showed me the X rays and the arthritis that was causing the problem, but then wanted an MRI done to make sure we were MAYBE not missing anything. Then I was to come back 5 days after to discuss the results. I was told his office would call me to set up an appointment. They never did, nor did any of his staff call to follow up on why I did not make another appointment. I would nto recommend him to a friend. It was my first visit to him and I was not impressed

Dr Betsy August........................... Horrible!..., Nov 29, 2011 I have seen Dr August a few times. Each time was unpleasant. Dr August does not take the time to listen to her patients nor does she help you with your concerns, and rushes right out of the room. Needless to say I will no longer be seeing her! |

Bad communication, lack of after care and follow up, sloppy staff. ..., Oct 24, 2011 I went to Dr Willis after a car accident, she has prescribed various meds and failed to call me with my MRI results after a week of waiting. When I called the office the girl who answered the phone just blurted out "oh yeah we have the results and we are referring you for an epidural"!! The doctor never called me to discuss the findings of my MRI and then was passing messages to the girl who answered the phone rather than being a real doctor and talking to me herself. The girl who answers the phone is usually on personal calls discussing her own health issues which is horribly unprofessional. I am disgusted with the lack of Dr patient care and will be looking to change doctors once I can find a good one. |

Very professional and knowledgable. Highly recommended...., Oct 5, 2011 Dr Hannani was very professional and explained my problem in detail. He showed me where my problem was on the films. He told me to not have surgery and the problem did get better with some time. Highly recommended. |

Great heart doctor. When you consult him you feel you are talking with a friend. Highly recommended..., Sep 25, 2011 I first met Dr. Assad-Kottner in August of 2011. As soon as he entered the room I noticed something different. He was smiling, and genuinely seemed interested. He sat down, spoke with me without interrupting me like other doctors do so usually. He reviewed all of my medications and instead of adding more or increasing dosages he had a talk with me. He motivated me enough in order for me to try again what they always tell me "exercise eat healthier." So far in 2 months I have lost 6 lbs and will continue to do so. When you consult him it does not feel you are with a doctor, it feels you are speaking with a true friend which in my opinion is key. |
