Wonderful Doctor would recommend to anyone needing surgery..., Nov 16, 2011

Dr. Blazek was the most courteous and professional doctor I have ever come in contact with. I felt very comfortable with him and my surgery went wonderful. Would recommend him to anyone needing general surgery.

Spine surgery is not quick and easy,If it is not done right the 1st time later in life you will suff..., Apr 10, 2012

I am a registered nurse, I have been side by side next to well over 600 spine surgeries, And I have heard many people complain about this surgeon Dr. Anthony Mork , His reputation is getting a lot of reviews from some of are patients, most of his patients have had 2-3 surgeries to get somewhat back to normal after a 1-2 year period of putting up with nerve pains and on pain medication, please be careful when ever considering surgery of any sort, it is best to get a full history of a doctors past- til present and ask many questions, get other opinions, it is your life to protect and most spine surgeries that are not done right end up with more problems later in life.

friendly doctor, but only when it suits her. Goddess attitude..., Mar 31, 2012

Dr. Lee at first comes across as a friendly doctor who actually wants to help her patients, but as time (and experience) with this doctor go's on - you see the real side of her. She's opinionted, thinks her ideas/diagnosis are the only one which matters. If you tell her a medication isn't working, she looks at you in a distrustful manner and questions you as to have you've been taking the medication and taking it properly. If you have a long term illness which isn't progressing in a positive manner, she starts to become impatient with you and questions whether you want to get better or not. She insists on lots of tests (labs, scans, mri's) and seeing different specilists. She also prescribes a multi-tude of prescriptions. Her office staff needs training in how to effectively interact with patients in a positive manner - as does the doctor.
Feedback from experience with Dr. Uma Narayan!!!!!..., Mar 16, 2012

My 11 month old son was very sick for over a month. We were in and out of Dr. Uma Narayan's office several times each time being told he was fine, just ignore the cough. Well his condition continued to worsen. Runny nose, fever, pulling (working to breath), losing weight, coughing nonstop (sounded like a seal), lethargic, and very miserable. He was prescribed two medications that come to find out were not what he needed. Needless to say at the last visit, after 2 breathing treatments, he had to be rushed to the hospital (30 minutes away because others were full???). My baby spent 2 1/2 days in the hospital on oxygen, he tested positive for bronchiolitis with RSV, a simple test that took 15 minutes. She never called to check on him once, even after we were released. In addition, it takes at least +4 hours to get a call back after leaving a message at the office. The doctors at the hospital said had it been caught sooner he would not have been this bad.Good luck!!
Told me my dad's RX would be VERY strong - it was an 'OTC'..., Feb 23, 2012

Unbelievable that he (& NE Baptist Hospital) kept assuming my dad's pain was 'in his head' - he (again) told me his diagnosis was 'constipation' - said 'this RX is very strong' - I went to the drug store & pharmacist looked a little embarrassed, and said 'you don't need a prescription for this - it's just Dulcalax' Thanks, Doc!!! We finally went to a different hospital & doctor & w/in 48 hours they discovered and treated a compression fracture in his spine - Immediate relief. (This is after 4-5 visits in/out of NE Baptist in 2 months for my 84 year old father.) We've not gone back, & I warn people not to go to this un-caring doctor.
