The Doctor herself is also very friendly and helpful as well as thorough on her examinations and gives a honest diagnosis and any help you need to get better. She is very friendly and knowledgeable and the prices are very reasonable. |

What Happened To Me During My Outpatient Treatment..., Apr 15, 2010 Before I say anything else, I would like to say first that the other staff, the social worker, the therapists, and group facilitators were all awesome. I was assigned to this doctor through an outpatient hospital program. The doctor seemed to be OK at first but the more I dealt with him the worse it got. It began when I needed a special medication that he himself was not able to prescribe. He was aware that this medication is not to be stopped abruptly and because this was at a hospital, it was his job as covering doctor to find someone who could help me get my medication while I was under his care. He did a poor job because at times I went for days without my medication. Worse is the fact that when discharged from his care, there was to be another doctor already in place to pick up treatment. This was a policy of the hospital program. He discharged me knowingly to a doctor who would not be able to treat me for four days. When I called him for help, he was rude and said something along the lines of because I was discharged he was no longer obligated to treat me. Then he said that he had another patient and hung up on me. His "bedside manner" was cold and uncaring. He let me suffer needlessly. I was able to find a new doctor on my own who was able to treat me, there were several actually. I don't understand why he was unable to do so. |

Dr. Evans near Peachford- compassionate and friendly..., Feb 28, 2010 Every time I go to Dr. Evans I am always treated with the respect that I feel I deserve. That is not something that the average person on psych meds can say about their doctor. He is very tall, but don't be intimidated, he is very open and compassionate. He listens to what I think and he lets me have a say in my medications. |

A very helpful visit with an experienced, competent and friendly doctor..., Feb 19, 2010 I had been suffering from an extremely painful sore throat for a long period of time. I normally don't go to a doctor for an ailment such as this, but I was suffering a lot. I was luckily able to get an appointment within a day of calling. Doctor Easter examined me, and had me tested for strep throat and a blood test for other possibility. He examined the test results and diagnosed me with a bacterial infection for which he prescribed antibiotics. I was better soon after the visit. I like Dr. Easter very much and would recommend him to a friend |
