Horrible waste of time, I will not be seeing her again..., May 15, 2012 Visiting Dr. Smith was pointless. She was unfriendly, acted as if she didn't care about me or helping me get better, and talked down to me as if I was stupid. She prescribed me a pill and told me absolutely nothing about it nor how to take it or when. She did not tell me that I would need to drink more water than normal due to a side effect of the prescription. She also told me to take an OTC that had absolutely nothing to do with my symptoms and in actuality, if I took the OTC, it would cause adverse effects. I left her office in tears and needed to ask the pharmacist for all the information she should have given me in the first place. I was very disappointed and upset with my visit with her. I will never see her again. |

DON"T BE ANOTHER VICTIM OF THIS UNINSURED DOCTOR!!!!!!!!!!!!..., May 15, 2012 This doctor seems ok....but dont be fooled! regular office visits seem fine, but whatever you do, DO NOT allow her to deliver your baby! Horrific doctor...WHO IS NOT INSURED to cover mistakes made by her! |

Find someone else it is a waste of your time and money. ..., Mar 31, 2012 Don't waste your money. The staff is useless. If you get a chance to talk to dr Harley it is 500.00. The pellet and HCG diet is 500.00 480.00 and 500.00 to talk to her-consult. The supplement is very expensive and as far as I can tell is of no value except to make them money. My insurance company is looking into billing fraud. Find someone else. My wife solved her hormone problem herself with simple iodine. Not the 100 a bottle supplements they sell . |

Waited 2 hours......never saw her. If you value your time, go elsewhere...., Mar 15, 2012 I'm sure she is a fine doctor...if you ever get the chance to see her. Had an appt at 4 pm; the nurse called me that morning and said Dr. Pang wanted to know if I could come in earlier, at 3 pm. I got there at 3 pm with my 5 month old son....3:30...4:00..4:30...4:45...even at that point I figured she must be really behind. Finally at 4:55 pm I told them I was leaving. The clinic closes at 5 pm. The nurse asked if I could just wait 5 more minutes. No, I couldn't. I was already there for 2 hours. No excuses - even if there was some emergency or she forgot me or SOMETHING...someone should have told me. I would have understood. Worst experience I've ever had. She had the audacity to call my husband and ask why we left....WE WAITED FOR TWO HOURS. That's why. Unacceptable. There are tons of better pediatricians in Seattle - go elsewhere. |

Very smart and caring person, great professional and highly educated on the manner...., Mar 5, 2012 I have had the best blessing to have her as my psychiatrist, beyond grateful. Recommend her to anyone who is looking for a good psychiatrist. I have improved a lot since i first saw her and she has helped me so much. |
