Knows a lot about lasers - very nice surgeon who will spend a lot of time with you..., Jan 26, 2012

I went to Dr. John Burns for a Fraxel laser treatment and my skin looks amazing. I look much younger, and my skin looks so much better. I have a lot fewer spots and my skintone looks much more even. He is a very nice doctor too, and knows a lot about laser treatments. He spent a lot of time with me. I highly recommend him!

Dr. Swezey is a great doctor! Highly recommend! Listens to her patients! Friendly, knowledgeable and let's you ask as many questions as you need to. Her patients are her priority and you can be assured that she will be your advocate and ensure your wellbeing, dignity and respect during surgery.

Dissatisfied with his care. His level of comfort exceeds patient needs...., Oct 17, 2011

Dr. Fouss had trouble with getting my meds right. I am hypersensitive to meds and he just couldn't get it. He finally terminated me as his patient. Shocking. Stunning. Really shouldn't be a doctor if he can't handle it. Seems to have a history of terminating patients, according to reviews I've read. Don't think patient needs come first with him.
The rude and Incompetent staff of Dr. Burke makes a good doctor ineffective..., Sep 27, 2011

In my opinion, Dr. Burke's office staff is the worst I have seen in my 70 plus years. I gave the office manager a report from my surgeon that indicated I may have bone cancer. I made sure that the office manager understood the urgency of the matter. The doctor did not see the report for two months. Upon reading the report, she wanted me to get a triple scan of some sort immediately which I did. The results were positive, but I did not receive this information for another 19 days. I don't think it should take 2 ½ months to accomplish this task. The office staff is RUDE, RUDE, RUDE, RUDE, RUDE and incompetent! Dr. Burke appears to unconditionally support her staff. My only regret that I didn't leave before now.
