Mole removal, very bad experience.terrible scarring and pain..., Mar 9, 2012 told me I needed 4 moles removed without offering any other options. He left me with 15 stitches in my leg, 8 in my back and 2 in my neck. Did not communicate to me what was happening during procedure. Due to severity of wound left on my leg, I could not walk for a week and am still suffering. Incisions were sloppy and stitches were not done properly. Never makes eye contact and types on his computer during the whole visit. Talked about himself and his political agendas throughout the surgical procedure. Did not make me aware of the type of wound that I would be caring for afterward. I am left with horrific scarring. Do not allow this doctor to perform any sort of surgical procedure on you.

Drove an hour, waited & waited, paid $14 parking, never seen..., Apr 17, 2013 Called for appointment, told 10:45 a.m. avail, I explained we had a 2 p.m. appointment same day over an hour away from her office. Let them decide if I should take the 10:45 a.m. appointment. They reassured me it would be fine. Waited 1 hr, 15 mins then asked how much longer. Told 3 patients in exam rooms had not been seen & no more exam rooms available (i.e. it would be quite awhile). Asked why so backed up and was told she was over booked (no emergencies causing back log). Drove 1 hour, paid $14 parking, had to leave for 2 p.m. appointment without being seen. |

Awesome ! Awesome ! Awesome ! Awesome ! Awesome ! ..., Mar 12, 2013 I had a very sick gallbladder and Dr. Rosemurgyand his partner Dr. Ross performed my operation through a tiny single incision made at my belly button. I DON’T HAVE ANY APPARENT SCAR!! And The BEST part of it all, I was awake the entire time! They were the only surgeons in the region that gave me the option to get this done with an epidural. I’ve had 3 operations my entire life and by far this was the BEST Surgery experience I have ever had. I went in in the morning and was out to pick up my Kids from school in the afternoon! Love yall! |

Simply the best doctor in town. You will not be disappointed...., Feb 28, 2013 Dr. Afflu is a very caring and patient doctor. He takes his time with his patients and the staff are very friendly. I had a pleasant experience and would highly recommend him to myfriends and family. |

It Doesn't Get Better Than This - Great Primary Care Doc..., Feb 7, 2013 Unbelievable find. In this day and age its amazing that a doctor like this one exists - one who actually spends TIME with you. I came away feeling like he actually cared about me and not that I was just one of thousands of patients he sees. He made the visit a pleasant experience... and I'm one of those people who hates to go the doctor. With Dr. Don, I can't wait to go back. He's fun just to shoot the breeze with, and even better is the fact that you come away confident that he knows what he's doing. And the staff is great. A fantastic doc. Highly recommended. |

Best Urogynecologist in Ohio, I loved my entire experience..., Dec 10, 2012 I wen to Dr. Novi because I had been suffering from an incontinence problem for the past five years. His lovely staff, and his excellent knowledge made me feel as if I was right at home. He listened to me and we talked TOGETHER about the right treatment for me. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone, even if you just have a question and would like more information, he's your man. |
