great and pleasant experience and will return again...., Jan 28, 2012

I am very satisfied with the whole treatment experience.Slightly a longer wait but considering his busy practice and the outcome it was very much worth it. Much better than my previous Dr.Real wealth of knowledge, uptodate and communication
The doctor cares and you can tell right away that there is hope..., Jan 27, 2012

Needed help because I kept on having miscarriages. No doctor was willing to give me treatment because no cause could be found. He offered me empiric therapy with heparin and prednisone and ow I am finally on my way. Great staff and a beautiful office.
Knows a lot about lasers - very nice surgeon who will spend a lot of time with you..., Jan 26, 2012

I went to Dr. John Burns for a Fraxel laser treatment and my skin looks amazing. I look much younger, and my skin looks so much better. I have a lot fewer spots and my skintone looks much more even. He is a very nice doctor too, and knows a lot about laser treatments. He spent a lot of time with me. I highly recommend him!
unresponsive, indifferent medical office with lack of urgency..., Nov 29, 2011

Staff is cold, indifferent, with no sense of urgency. I was extremely concerned about some test results but when I called every few days to ask if they were in, I was made to feel that I was bothering them and there was no attempt to give me an idea of when they would be in, or to expedite results more quickly. I waited a half four to see the doctor, she looked at her watch and made me feel rushed when I was in for the exam. Medical advice seemed reasonable but the lack of urgency or empathy made it a frustrating experience.
Don't trust anything the staff says and find everything out for yourself..., Nov 22, 2011

Dr Simpson gave my husband options for what could be the problem. He recommended getting an echocardiogram as a precaution if insurance would cover it. My husband then said we only wanted it done if insurance covered it. The man who checked us out said that they would contact us if we would be charged, and if we were not contacted then we would be good to go. Because of this, we signed the consent form there and at the imaging center because we were never told we would owe a dime, so we thought we were good to go and not have to pay anything. A week later, we are billed $2000. Someone put in the notations we were told about the amount, so that was not true, and since they have our signature legally we had to pay. We could have contacted our insurance, but he said they would take care of it since it was less then 24 hours before our next appointment. They were not willing to fess up to their mistake, and treated us poorly after that. So because of them not be willing to step up to the plate and take the blame for their lack of communication, we have to pay in order for it not to hurt our credit. Be aware if you go this doctor to not trust a single thing they say. Check everything out for yourself before you sign anything. They also slip something in to the stack of papers you fill out at first to cover themselves, and apparently you don't have to sign it even though they say when they hand it to you to fill everything out and hand it back in. They say they followed their procedure exactly, and maybe they did...but we were told something different then their policy and since we don't work there, and that had been our first time there, we did not know their policy, and decided to trust what they said. Don't do it. The doctor seemed intelligent and caring, just do not believe what Travis or Becky say. Even when my husband called Dr Simpson's assistant to see if they could explain anything, she called back and rudely said "I don't know who you are or what you want..." So
