She is a competent and caring pediatrician . She has a great bed side manner. My family highly recommends her. I have had many pediatricians for my children , but Dr. Tafreshi-Oraee is the best one I have found. Her staff are quite professional as well.

He is a terrific doctor with an outstanding reputation which is well-deserved, but the best part about him is how much fun I have in the office. I know it sounds strange, having fun at your cancer surgeons office, but he makes the situation so relaxed and manageable that there is always laughter

I was told Dr. Tupa was misunderstood and had a bad reputation, but was really a fine Pediatrician. Why oh why did I not listen to what everyone was telling me. Only use this doctor if you have 6 hours to wait in her waiting room because she won't get out of bed until 3 in the afternoon. She only knows how to prescribe the same medications that will not help your child, and finally the last time my child was admitted into the hospital Dr. Tupa was incoherent, her speech was slurred, and I refused to let her anywhere near my child. Beware of this Doctor, she is going to harm a child if she continues to be allowed to practice medicine.

Doctor's office don't know how to submit insurance claims right..., Apr 25, 2010

Okay so, I went to this doctors office, the doctor was really nice and everything to me. She didn't really talk to me about anything, and then I went back a month later she didn't tell me the results of my test I had to ask her and she said everything was okay but, what if it wasn't I would have had to wait that long to find out. On top of that before you leave you visit this nurse window so, you can get your prescription and pay your co-payment(if you have insurance), which I do and I payed my $15 co-payment and the nurse tells me I owe $150 and if I don't pay it they are going to take "legal action". I was furious, I went home and called my insurance company and they said that the office had entered in the wrong code that they were trying to claim, so, I got that all figured out and they told me to call and tell the nurses to re-submit the bill. I called there they were very rude told me that they couldn't resubmit the bill and now I have creditors after me because, they won't re-submit the bill and I'm not paying it because my insurance company says that they cover it.

Dr. Yacobi is very pleasant always. She has excellent bedside manners and is concerned for her patients. She is never rushed and will always ask question about how all aspects of your life is going. She is thorough and checks out all of your last tests results in order to confer with specialist if anything out of the ordinary arises. Once scheduled for a visit, she always sets up labs at least a week prior to the visit to have the latest information available to make a decision which is on solid recent laboratory results. I would recommend Dr. Yacobi to friends for she is very professional and personable making doctor visits easy and pleasant.
