Dr. Alexander is a horrible Dr. He does not listen to your needs and has no empathy for your problems. He could care less about your symptoms and issues. He acts like he is in control and will not listen if the medication is not working. I will never go back to Leesville Primary Care again.

I had surgery with Dr. Mayl 4 months ago. At first I was nervous, because I had never had a tummy tuck or facelift. I did the 2 procedures 1 week apart. Yes, I was a little sore, but I expected that. I was really happy after 2 weeks, and them really, really happy after 3 months.
