Great attention! She is very kind and her staff too..., Apr 7, 2012 I was refered by a friend. I got lost and i was late, i called them and they told me how to get there very nicely. I didnt wait that much in the waiting room. Her staff is very helpfull and professional. When she entered the room she quickly ask me what i had and review it. She called another doctor to have a second agree for what she thought i had. I got dizzy she quickly lay me over and gave me a candy. I dont know what i have in my neck, they need to have the test answers. She is great! i recomend her to all of you!! :) |

Fair doctor good bedside manor but not so sure about his skill level...., Feb 29, 2012 Upon arriving as a new patient I knew that there was going to be lots of paperwork as a new patient. I waited for over an hour after my appointment time just to be told that he was running behind. After my meeting with the Dr, I was very impressed with his professionalism, but not sure that he is the Dr. that I am looking for to treat my problems. I feel that he rushed the appointment after waiting a long time for him. |

Dr. Aldea Bamboozled Me, Don't Go to his practice!..., Jan 28, 2012 DO THESE THINGS BEFORE YOU COMMIT TO SURGERY WITH DR. ALDEA: 1) Ask for the refund policy before you pay ANYTHING. You might not be provided the refund policy after you've paid the deposit. There are many outs for him not to return money if the surgery doesn't happen. 2) Don't be fooled by the good reviews out there. Some sites allow surgeons to only display the good reviews and not the negative ones. 3) Research to see if there are any lawsuits filed against him first. My experience with Dr. Aldea was NOT pleasant. He showed up 1 hr late for my surgery. Many of the nursing staff at St. Francis commented that he's frequently late and his surgeries always run over (which means you'll pay much more in the end!) On the OR table we both learned I had an irregular heartbeat. Dr. Aldea canceled the surgery but agreed to do it later if cardiac clearance was obtained. I got clearance which said that my condition was benign and to proceed with surgery as planned, but he never was satisfied, he found every excuse in the book not to do it. He dodged my calls for months! I wanted to get specifics from him on what he needed from the cardiologist. He kept having his patient coordinators say the same vague thing, "Dr. Aldea needs to know the surgery is safe for you." No cardiologist in their right mind will write "safe" in a letter. They will only say low-high risk. BTW 2 cardiologists wrote that I was low risk for the surgery and at no higher risk than a person who didn't have an irregular heartbeat. After many unreturned calls from Dr. Aldea, I got upset and asked for the truth and a refund if he didn't want to operate. He responded and said that I was ungrateful and here's your refund minus $750 deposit and he said that I didn't want the surgery. I responded that I did want the surgery but was tired of the run around and asked that he personally return a call so that we could clear up misunderstandings. Zafar Naqvi- Avoid at all cost! M.D. is inexperienced and unhelpful..., Dec 16, 2011 No information and no experience. Has made at least two mistakes for all 4 clients I work with. Unfortunatly this M.D. does not bring anything to the table. Good practice at UMass. Bad apple with Zafar Naqvi. Beware! Many mistakes |
