Terrible Doctor, Unprofessional and Unintelligent ..., Apr 6, 2012

I had clavicle repair surgery with a plate and screws done by Dr. Gennaro. He averaged at least an hour behind schedule. The hospital staff was awful, they burst a vein every time an IV had to be put in. The x ray technicians messed up the angle of the x rays every single time. A month after surgery I developed pockets of fluid which formed blood blisters on the scar. Gennaro used a bone growth catalyst that had a reaction with my skin. This resulted in a hole in my skin that had to be surgically closed. The catalyst was not needed as I am a healthy, 18 year old who is active and fit. Two months after the initial surgery I broke my collarbone again, along with the plate. When he looked at my x ray his fist word was "Shit". He continued repeating this before saying "I've never seen this before, or read anything about it. So come back in two weeks and we'll see how it heals" I will never deal with him again. The plate is visibly displaced and very painful. If my collarbone heals like this the metal will grate against my skin every time I move as it has been doing. I have never had a worse medical experience

I'm sick of paying excessive taxes so these sluts can screw every horny loser who buys them a drink. If she's too cheap to buy her own birth control, and doesn't insist of her partner using a condom, and gets knocked-up, she shouldn't expect others to pay for her medical bills. The federal govt. extorts money from us taxpayers, and PAYS her to have the little bastard. I say, if she can't pay her bills, she should be arrested, and the baby be adopted. This country has NO accountability, and over 1/3 of Americans are living on money they don't themselves earn. It must stop. Welfare whores need to pay their bills, like the rest of us. Excellent, compassionate surgeon, a true Asian eyelid surgery expert...., Feb 20, 2012

I recently went to Dr. Steinsapir located in West Los Angeles to address a bad asian eyelid surgery. I had surgery in South Korea. It was a big mistake. I live in California. I saw a bunch of so-called Asian eyelid specialists. The only one who talked to me in detail and made any sense was Dr. Steinsapir. He does surgery at the UCLA medical center. Thanks to his work, my eyes are much more symmetric, natural, and I don't look like one of my eyes was Westernized. He was able to fix the work of the prior surgeon. His office is very professional.

Bad bed side manner, suprisingly rude and condesending. Don..., Feb 9, 2012

I was a little taken back by his rudeness. I will not be going back to him. He did not even bother to say goodby when we left. Not a good experience for me and my child. Right from the moment he come in he was abrupt and condescending. I completely closed down and had a hard time interacting with him because of this. I normally don't write reviews but felt upset by his comments and attitude.
