Arrogant & Rude, don't waste your hard-earned $ with this guy!..., Mar 30, 2012 I would absolutely NOT go back to see this guy; he's the epitome of the stereotypically arrogant, rude doctor. When he enters the room, he doesn't even say a simple "hello" or even look at you, for that matter--he simply sits down at the computer with his back turned & begins to brusquely ask questions. I believe in common courtesy--so when I politely asked if he always does this, he replied, "I'm just trying to get to this back pain issue...do I come off as standoffish?" When I answered yes, there was no apology--just a, "Well, it might be a problem for YOU, but that's just the way it is." I was speechless, like WOW. I told him there'd be no need for treatment, promptly left and called my credit card company to dispute my copay charge as soon as I got home. Docs, your years of med school don't give you carte blanche to act like a**holes...especially when we're paying you our hard-earned money! |

Dr Dan Sicking - Internal medicine and primary care..., Mar 6, 2012 Dr. Sicking is very laid back, understanding, spends time with you and never rushes. He is thorough and doesn't miss a thing. He has been my primary care physician for over 3 years and I can't say enough good things about him. His staff is always very nice and understands if you might be a little irritable or short with them, due to illness or injury. They are terrific. They do not OVER schedule, so you can almost always get in, the very day you call or the next day. Besides being a brilliant physician, he never talks down to you or treats you like you're a 2nd grader and that is appreciated immensely by me. He is one of the few physicians I have ever had, that explains things to you, the way it should be done. Having several serious medical issues, finding Dr. Sicking, was a godsend. I hate to think I may have to move 80 miles away, in a year or so, due to my job, but you can be sure, I'll make the trip, when needed, as I have no intention of changing doctors. He'd have to retire to get rid of me! :) |

poor service, inaccurate information, disregard for patient values or input..., Dec 18, 2011 Dr. McLemore treated me for anal condyloma. I believe she recklessly destroyed a lot of healthy tissue. She cut me up and burned me really bad and she became irritated when I complained about my pain and (temporary) disfigurement. McLemore took a large biopsy from an area I believe was healthy before the operation. It took me 2 months to recover from the biopsy and for my anus to start to regain a non-disfigured appearance. The biopsy also caused me uncontrollable pain. The biopsy turned out to have no clinical value; the biopsy result was not relevant to future treatment decisions. I was left with a small, visible scar on my anal margin from the biopsy. Dr. McLemore gave me unrealistic expectation for recovery time and pain levels. I beleive McLemore behaved with negligence and I have asked for a review of my case. McLemore seemed cold an uncaring toward me most times I saw her. McLemore insisted on not giving me any say in how the procedure was done in my case, but she refused to apologize or admit wrongdoing when her preferred method went wrong. I believe that if you have a negative outcome, McLemore will be cold and uncaring toward you. I believe she will blame you and say it was your fault for signing all the paperwork. And there is more paperwork than you will believe. Most of the paperwork I signed was immediately before the operation and this also makes me suspicious. Obviously, I don't recommend this doctor. |

Zafar Naqvi- Avoid at all cost! M.D. is inexperienced and unhelpful..., Dec 16, 2011 No information and no experience. Has made at least two mistakes for all 4 clients I work with. Unfortunatly this M.D. does not bring anything to the table. Good practice at UMass. Bad apple with Zafar Naqvi. Beware! Many mistakes |

Dr. V Has Really Helped Me With My Back Pain In Just Two Months..., Nov 30, 2011 I have been coming to Dr. V for about two months now and I cannot express how happy I am to have made this decision! I came in, skeptical, after having thrown out my back. I could not walk, sit, stand, or take care of my newborn son without experiencing extreme pain, at only 21! I was religiously taking pain killers, but nothing was getting better. After only two weeks of treatment my pain was gone! I could play with my son again! I was so happy with my treatment; I even brought my son in for a check-up. After having been pulled out at birth, he had been having trouble rotating his head both directions. After only two adjustments (that's right, TWO!) my son is looking both ways with no problems and he has been happier ever since. I'm so happy I came to Care Chiropractic and even happier I brought my son in. Thanks to Dr.V, I can look forward to a happy and healthy life for me and my son. Thank you, I couldn't have asked for a better SOLUTION. |
