Nice doctor but very mean and unfriendly staff and expensive..., Mar 22, 2010 Before being seen my doctor Ritter I had to fill out some paper work given to me by the nursing staff , they were VERY snappy and didn't want to help answer my questions. Over all the doctor knew what he was talking about.So I would say other than his anything but friendly staff i would recommend him to family and friends.

HORRIBLE DOCTOR! she is the worst Pediatrician in NJ..., Feb 10, 2012 "Dr Maggie" is the worst doctor i have ever met. She is rude, condescending and thinks she is gods gift to this world because she is a doctor. Is argumentative with new moms and will get angry with you if you ask a question more than once. She is such a horrible person I would not recommend her to my worst enemy! Her own staff hates her. DO NOT GIVE THIS WOMAN BUSINESS. She is in this profession just for the money. She could care less about you or your children!!! |

Awful Dr, No Bedside Manner, no compassion, RUDE!!!..., Nov 15, 2011 Ive been Diabetic for 25yrs.I got ketones w/a reading of 849.Tried to get an emergency appt.He couldnt see me for 2wks!I ended up in a hosp.When he came to see me he treated me like a kid, didnt listen to me or my ?s.I thought it was insulin resistance W/o checking my meds or pump he said NO.I asked if it was allergies like a fever/cold causing insulin to not work properly, he said hed NEVER heard of that & told me to stop trying to come up w/ excuses.He asked why I hadnt come back to him sooner & it was b/c HE wanted me to go to other Drs before returning & it took time to do so.He asked how I had tried to get the B.S down & told me that once the B.S got 400+ that I shouldve taken a syringe, pulled up EXTRA insulin & injected it.I said a past Dr told me to do that but only w/a sliding scale & w/ Regular insulin not Novolog, that Id overdose.He showed NO BEDSIDE MANNER.I was in TEARS.THEN he sent a certified letter 2 days later dismissing me from his care w/o a reason!DO NOT GO TO HIM! |

STAY AWAY!!! This guy is bad news and should be avoided!!!..., Oct 13, 2011 Arrogant, hates woman. Served 5 yrs in prison for trying to kill a woman by bashing her over the head repeately with a claw hammer and the state gave him his license back. Will intimidate and lie about you. Total sociopath. Should not be practicing medicine. Tell everyone to avoid this quack like the plague. |

Dr Torkelson excels at client focused patient care. ..., Oct 5, 2011 Dr. Torkelson excels at giving his patients his full attention. Staff is always courteous and helpful. Waiting is alway minimal. Follow up for preventative care is always done one time. Fees are realistic. |
