Waited 2 hours......never saw her. If you value your time, go elsewhere...., Mar 15, 2012 I'm sure she is a fine doctor...if you ever get the chance to see her. Had an appt at 4 pm; the nurse called me that morning and said Dr. Pang wanted to know if I could come in earlier, at 3 pm. I got there at 3 pm with my 5 month old son....3:30...4:00..4:30...4:45...even at that point I figured she must be really behind. Finally at 4:55 pm I told them I was leaving. The clinic closes at 5 pm. The nurse asked if I could just wait 5 more minutes. No, I couldn't. I was already there for 2 hours. No excuses - even if there was some emergency or she forgot me or SOMETHING...someone should have told me. I would have understood. Worst experience I've ever had. She had the audacity to call my husband and ask why we left....WE WAITED FOR TWO HOURS. That's why. Unacceptable. There are tons of better pediatricians in Seattle - go elsewhere.

Great Doctor! Must see her for Obstetric and Gyn Care..., Apr 11, 2013 She is compassionate and competent. I recommend her to all of my friends. She takes time to answer my questions. Her staff is caring and helpful. I love her PA and nurse practitioner. I am so lucky to have found her. |

Misleading web site. Does not live up to his claims of expertise and pain relief...., Apr 5, 2013 Dr Filler's website misleads people like me. I thought that his MRN and self proclaimed expertise and skill would help me with my chronic pain problems. So I visited Dr Filler at great expense to get an MRN and a diagnosis. Dr Filler recommended 3 very expensive injections in the front, side and back of my right hip. I did not have hip problems before the injections but immediately had problems and more pain then before. I did not have a bad case of piriformis syndrome before the injections......I do now after the injections. I have much more pain in the area of all 3 injections. The muscles and tendons where he gave the injections are chronically tight. I spoke with Dr Filler about this and he offered to do surgery. I can't help thinking that he knows that his very expensive injections will lead to his even more expensive surgery. Since the injections I have seen many bad reviews about Dr Filler. I think he is a very bad Doctor who takes advantage of people to make money. Beware of this man...his web site is like a spider's web...remember if it is too good to be true..it probably isn't....that was my experience with Dr Filler. |

Downhill fast since changes to office and move ..., Mar 7, 2013 Something has happened since he joined NYU. No one answers the phones, have to call for weeks just to get a response, long wait with doc spending no time with you. This is not the level of care or service people expect from a doctor. |

Dr. Alexander Feldman is an A++ Physician with great bedside manner!..., Feb 27, 2013 Dr. Alexander Feldman is a very thorough physician. He has great bedside manner, is very soft spoken and spent a lot of time with me during each visit (three so far!) in the past two months. What stood out was the amount of quality time and care spent during each appointment. He wasn’t like most doctors trying to cram as many patients into a 30 minute slot. He was more focused on quality of care, making sure to complete a detailed examination and communicating options clearly. He is very knowledgeable, detailed and communicative. He explained what he thought was wrong and what my options were to diagnose my symptoms. He did not pressure me to have unnecessary tests. Once diagnosed, he provided visual aids, even drew some diagrams to chart the course of progression. He also provided treatment options and reading material for those options. He is personable and calls you directly to communicate any lab/test results. His calm demeanor is also very reassuring. I would highly recommend Dr. Feldman as an A++ physician! Thank you! Although the same cannot be said for this staff – they are a little rough around the edges. If you can get past that, you will not be disappointed by the doctor himself! |

This doctor is not tworthy of my trust and too expensive..., Dec 5, 2012 I went for a consultation about chin liposuction. At age 60, I knew alot more about dermatological and cosmetic procedures than the 20 yr old consulting with me. The price quote was extremely expensive. I asked the doctor to get in touch with me, but I heard nothing. Therefore, I would never trust this doctor, no matter what the ratings show. |
