Southwest Medical Center Should Be Avoided At All Costs...., Mar 17, 2012 Dr Bergfeld is a good doctor, but the staff of Southwest Medical Center are some of the most discourteous, inefficient and vile folks you'll ever deal with and this is not my unique experience. They don't answer the phones and when they do, they either disconnect you, connect you to the wrong doctor, or just totally unprofessional. If your time and happiness are important to you, this is not the place to choose. |

Dr. Keto is a Fantastic Doctor. I would highly recommend her...., Feb 21, 2012 Dr. Keto is a compassionate doctor who is and excellent surgeon and is obviously very concerned about her patients. She called me personally to talk about options for my breast cancer treatment and I always felt empowered to make decisions that were best for me. I could not be more pleased with the care I received. Even my husband, who is skeptical and mistrustful of doctors, was extremely impressed with all of our interactions. Breast cancer is really tough to deal with but Dr. Keto helps to educate and inform patients while also providing a warm, caring environment. |

Excellent, compassionate surgeon, a true Asian eyelid surgery expert...., Feb 20, 2012 I recently went to Dr. Steinsapir located in West Los Angeles to address a bad asian eyelid surgery. I had surgery in South Korea. It was a big mistake. I live in California. I saw a bunch of so-called Asian eyelid specialists. The only one who talked to me in detail and made any sense was Dr. Steinsapir. He does surgery at the UCLA medical center. Thanks to his work, my eyes are much more symmetric, natural, and I don't look like one of my eyes was Westernized. He was able to fix the work of the prior surgeon. His office is very professional. |

great and pleasant experience and will return again...., Jan 28, 2012 I am very satisfied with the whole treatment experience.Slightly a longer wait but considering his busy practice and the outcome it was very much worth it. NOT HAPPY WITH MY VISIT to see Dr. Sewall for ears!..., Jan 18, 2012 I was very unhappy with my initial visit to this doctor. I was treated rudely by the doctor, who talked down about other medical professionals, and made me as the patient feel like my symptoms were not important nor cause for concern. Instead of offering me more information to help me understand, he simply stated that he knew what was "not wrong" = NOT HELPFUL! I would not recommend this doctor for his bedside manner, his knowledge, or his professionalism! |
