  This clinic is over scheduled and not equipped for more then a minor cut..., Jun 13, 2013

Had a 3 inch cut on my hand which pretty bad. After waiting 5 days they were finally able to schedule a time with the hand surgery. My surgery was one of 4 that day. It did not go well. Lost significant hand function. If you have more than a cut go to a real hospital not GH.

I was sent to this doctor for Pain Management. He DID NOT relieve any pain what so ever, only caused more pain! The staff screwed up appointments...always called to ask if I could come in earlier! Office is like walking into 1970, very outdated! There are much more qualified Pain doctors around!

It has been crossed 1 years and I am totally fit now. Last year I was seriously wounded by cardiac problem. I was admitted to Joshua Jacobi for first treatment. He made an accurate treatment. I was totally impressed to his diagnosis method. actually it was something different from others. I would like to highly recommend him to my friends. He must get A+ rating from me.

Dr. Lazar was very attentive to my 10yr old son. He made a point to be funny with him so he would become more comfortable. He was very thorough and his office staff was very pleasant too. Love the playroom!

Dr. Alexander Feldman is a very thorough physician. He has great bedside manner, is very soft spoken and spent a lot of time with me during each visit (three so far!) in the past two months. What stood out was the amount of quality time and care spent during each appointment. He wasn’t like most doctors trying to cram as many patients into a 30 minute slot. He was more focused on quality of care, making sure to complete a detailed examination and communicating options clearly. He is very knowledgeable, detailed and communicative. He explained what he thought was wrong and what my options were to diagnose my symptoms. He did not pressure me to have unnecessary tests. Once diagnosed, he provided visual aids, even drew some diagrams to chart the course of progression. He also provided treatment options and reading material for those options. He is personable and calls you directly to communicate any lab/test results. His calm demeanor is also very reassuring. I would highly recommend Dr. Feldman as an A++ physician! Thank you! Although the same cannot be said for this staff – they are a little rough around the edges. If you can get past that, you will not be disappointed by the doctor himself!
