I went to see my family physician Dr. Payne a few months ago..., Nov 24, 2009

I went to see my family physician Dr. Payne a few months ago for a physical check up and to talk about some sinus problems I was having. The doctor checked me out for the physical, reviewed my symptoms and came to the conclusion it was just allergies. He prescribed me some medicine that worked great. Dr. Payne is a very likable doctor, a people person and very polite. I would recommend this doctor to a friend.

I was disappointed in the additional testing the doctor suggested...., Mar 21, 2010

The doctor seemed very competent, but I did not like the expensive testing he was suggesting after I told him my sympton had just suddenly appeared one day. He showed me the X rays and the arthritis that was causing the problem, but then wanted an MRI done to make sure we were MAYBE not missing anything. Then I was to come back 5 days after to discuss the results. I was told his office would call me to set up an appointment. They never did, nor did any of his staff call to follow up on why I did not make another appointment. I would nto recommend him to a friend. It was my first visit to him and I was not impressed
Great Ob/Gyn office, very friendly staff and wonderful doctors!..., Mar 10, 2010

The doctors in this office are very patient and make you feel comfortable quickly. They are extremely knowledgeable and take the time to listen to any concerns you may have. Their staff is always friendly and takes the time to help you with any questions and scheduling appointments. The office was also recently remodeled.
Great Doctor but long wait times and surly support staff...., Feb 26, 2010

I have been a patient of Dr. Tandeter for over 6 years now. He is a very knowlegeable doctor and errors on the side of caution with diagnosis and treatment which is a good thing in my opinion. However, his staff are rather rude when you arrive, often asking for your co-pay before even saying hello. The other bad thing is that your wait times can be insane here! I would recommend Dr. Tandeter, but not his office staff or wait times!
My eye opening experience with a surgeon and cancer doctor...., Feb 23, 2010

I never went to the doctor because I was never sick. I decided to have a physical and mammogram for the first time at 43. Cancer was found in my breast. I went to the surgeon and she removed the breast. I wasn't really given any insight on what was happening and I didn't know the proper things to ask. When I was done and went for my final check up with her, I asked her what I should do as followup now to keep an eye on the other breast or any other part of my body. My mom had started with breast cancer and ended with bone cancer before she died. Dr. looked me in the eye and told me it didn't matter because if I got it in the other breast I was just going to die anyway. I left the office feeling like someone had kicked me in the stomach. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone!
