Surprisingly good service and diagnosis at an Emergency Clinic..., Mar 6, 2010 I have had chronic asthma for ten years but have never had an effective treatment plan. I recently visited Texas Med Clinic on Eisenhower because I was feeling extremely wheezy on New Year's Day and nobody else was open. Instead of just giving me the standard nebulizer treatment and sending me on my way, Dr. Meyer took the time to explain how to use a peak flow meter (which no doctor had ever done for me) and prescribed Advair. I have not had a severe recurrence of my asthma now for three months, even though we are in the height of allergy season in San Antonio. I was impressed with the service I received on a holiday at an emergency clinic.

She Saved My Life and Listens to What I Have to Say..., Jan 14, 2012 Dr. Gamble has been my primary care physician for 2 years now. After countless doctors office's where the wait time was unbearable and the care limiting and impersonal I have finally found a doctor who listens. Dr. Gamble spent time listening to me, not just about my medical concerns, but to all the pieces that make up the puzzle to a healthy mind, body and soul. I finally felt a long awaited validation! Dr. Gamble saved my life. She discovered a disease that had gone unnoticed in me and brought me back to life through her concierge vision of medicine. I now feel healthier then ever. Having Dr. Gamble as my physician has changed the way I see my future, it is never to late to be healthy and learn about what makes your body work best. I will forever be grateful to have a Doctor who cares as much as she does. |

Dr Betsy August........................... Horrible!..., Nov 29, 2011 I have seen Dr August a few times. Each time was unpleasant. Dr August does not take the time to listen to her patients nor does she help you with your concerns, and rushes right out of the room. Needless to say I will no longer be seeing her! |

Dr. Vinch is Knowledgable, caring, and patient centered..., Oct 28, 2011 I called Dr. Vinch because of chest pain. He told me he would meet me at the local ER and did! My EKG was normal according to the ER. Dr. Vinch kept me calm and updated my family. he organized for an urgent heart cath. They opened the blocked blood vessel causing my heart attack, and I had no damage to my my heart. I highly recommend him to my friends and family. Dr. Bagel knows how to make a difference with psoriasis..., Sep 19, 2011 My overall experience at Dr. Bagels office is great. He really cares about what he is doing. He seems very committed to helping psoriasis. His staff was also great. I can always get an appointment when I need too. Everyone is helpful. |

Don't Put Your Life in the Hands of the Incompetent Staff of Women's Healthcare Associates..., Aug 10, 2011 Concerned about who handles your medical records, confidential information & insurance claims? Then STAY AWAY from Dr. Morris & Women's Healthcare Associates! I called 2 months in advance to confirm acceptance of my insurance & coverage, providing all of my insurance details. When I called back to make my appointment, I reconfirmed my insurance & coverage. The day prior to my appointment, the front desk staff calls to request my insurance information to confirm coverage. I provide the information requested & ask to be contacted if they don't receive confirmation. No call. When I arrive for my appointment, the front desk informs me they have yet to confirm coverage but I could pay out of pocket & they could try to confirm later or reschedule! Outrageous! What a waste of my time: all of the phone calls to ensure coverage in advance, 30 minutes spent completing paperwork, plus driving, parking, etc. No apology nor acceptance of responsibility. Not going to put my health in their hands! |
