Failure to perform as agreed or to disclose pertinent information...., Apr 14, 2012 Dr. Calabria misled me as to the fact that he had never been sued by a patient (I have his e-mails to prove it). Had I known he had been successfully sued and was currently on probation, by the medical board, I would never have allowed him to operate on me. By Calabria’s own estimate, and that of other plastic surgeons, the procedures he was to perform on me: vertical face-lift, neck-lift, endoscopic forehead lift, lower eye-lid correction (blepharoplasty) and fat injections (volume restoration) to various places on my face; that I paid $41,000 for should have taken 8 to 9 hours to perform. He spent less than 5 hours on my procedures. Two of the procedures got infected. My left lower eyelid, seen to by Dr. Applebaum , and the right cut in my skull. The endosocopic cut had opened to such a degree that Calabria was to re-stitch it. He did not.” Rather than the “Vertical Facelift” I paid for he performed the One-Stitch procedure instead and left me with the scars to prove it. He also caused a lump on my cheek. He promised to eliminate this lump; he did not. My lower Eye-lids were to be done from the inside; he cut on the outside and stitched in my eyelids resulting in a chronic case of blepharitis. |

HORRIBLE!!! I cannot believe that they allow him to practice medicine...., Apr 12, 2012 This is a very long review but to summarize. Dr. Kong is possibly the worst doctor I could ever imagine he is a disgrace to the medical field. I was a patient of this doctor for 18 months. I was forced to see him because of workers comp. First you will call to set up an appointment. They do not verify your insurance before you arrive so expect to have some trouble with that. His office staff is incredibly rude and unprofessional. When you walk in the door the first thing you will notice is the other 400 patients in front of you who have been waiting for hours. The office is dark and the furniture is cheap (think thrift store). The whole place smells a little bit like urine and is covered in a THICK layer of dust. One you reach reception you will not be greeted. They have glass windows covering the reception area. I'm assuming so that when customer gets angry they don't cause physical harm to the incompetent employees. You will unpromptly be sneered at by someone who barely speaks english. They make you fill out about 10,000 forms most of which are illiterate and unnecessary. Now you can go ahead and relax because it is going to be a while. Next some angry woman will come demand you come into the back. They lead you down a very small hall way that has files stacked all over the floor. You will be upset at this point because the place looks like a landfil. You still have a chance to RUNNNNNNNNNNNN. You will be placed in a microscopic exam room and asked to wait 45 minutes for a nurse. The nurse will come in and give you a bunch of attitude if you mention you've been waiting. Then she will take SOME of your vitals with filthy equipment I assume is still there from the 1970s. You can relax again... call the health department... say goodbye to your closest friends and family. Whatever ends you need to tie up while your still moderately healthy. Warning!! Therapists causes more harm than good! Choose someone else!..., Mar 25, 2012 This therapist has serious issues. Careful, she is inappropriate (sexually provocative with male clients) and can cause more damage than good. Wish I'd never met her. She needs to see a therapist, herself. |

Savvy Marketing Machine - not what you want if you are looking for a Doctor though......, Mar 12, 2012 I posted a FACTUAL negative review of Dr Kordonowy a week ago. He pulled it down almost as fast as it was published! AMAZING!! In conversations with multiple patients, I have found several examples, from several patients, where Dr Kordonowy prescribed inappropriate medications for a given medical condition. My dad sees a VA doctor, and had - until recently, been seeing Dr Kordonowy. Dr K- has several times prescribed pills and creams that were deemed inappropriate by his VA doctors. One thing that Dr Kordonowy excels at is billing - and for an extra $1500 you can get him to actually VISIT you in the hospital if you get sick. Otherwise, you're on your own. This guy is a fraud. |

This is one doctor who I won't be going back to or referring to others!..., Nov 30, 2011 This is a doctor with absolutely no follow through. She will write you prescriptions for anything and everything, but doesn't bother telling you about any potential side effects. Upon return visits, she doesn't even remember you or what meds. she's put you on. She's not very friendly and her staff is unwelcoming and rude! |
